Read moreUpdated on 10th Oct review: I again went to their restaurant and ordered a chicken biryani on a Sunday noon. When i opened the parcel at home it was a shocker. They have just mixed some left-over white rice and colored rice ..it looked so evident. The coloring is too bad for this biryani. I guess they ran out of fresh biryani but still took orders and ended up mixing colored rice with some left over chicken biryani pieces. Old review : Let me give you a honest review. After reading so many good reviews on google answers fact that it was a new restaurant I wanted to try their Biriyani which some have claimed it has the best wedding style biryani. I ordered a chicken biryani. Packing is below par. The raita and accompaniments are given in a small plastic cover which itself is a put off. Quantity wise Biriyani is less. I got two small hard chicken pieces. Boneless and overcooked. The flavour matched the wedding style biryani but lacked that punch. It def was missing something may be lack of well cooked rice or the masala flavour being subtle. I have tasted wedding biriyanis and it’s just 50% of its taste I would say. May be the mutton biryani gives me that closer to wedding biryani experience. Overall for 250 bucks I wouldn’t recommend this for now. Will try mutton biryani and give my review....

The ambience here is surprisingly inviting for a late-night joint, with a warm and casual vibe. The staff also deserve praise for being friendly and attentive, even in the early hours.
We tried the Ambur biryani, and while it was decent, it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of flavor complexity. The rice was well-cooked, and the chicken itself was tender and juicy, but the biryani lacked that signature depth of spices that makes a dish like this memorable. It felt like it could use a bit more richness and layering of flavors to really stand out.
On the upside, the Mutton Kal Soup was a standout. The broth was hearty and full of flavor, with tender mutton pieces that melted in the mouth. It was the perfect dish to warm up the palate, and I’d definitely recommend it as a must-try.
All in all, 3 AM Biryani offers a good late-night dining experience, with some hits and a few misses. The friendly atmosphere and staff make it a place worth visiting again. If they can tweak the biryani to pack in more depth, it could easily become a go-to spot for a flavorful...
