This is my second bitter experience. Looks like the actual Owner is on vacation and handed over the restaurant to an head strong guy. Who openly says, if you want to talk to owner 'please talk'. i dont care types. Just to share my experience : I placed an order through Telephone and the person asked me to share my address, i told him, i have been taking home delivery for the last 3 yrs, so by my number you will get to know in your DB. but he was out side, then i told him to take the order first and gave address too, while he asked to drop a message. after 45 min, when i called him he says "you did not drop the message so he did not take the order". it was 9:PM. I gave the order at 8.05 PM. When i went to the shop, he has no sign of sorry feeling and was trying to argue and put the blame on me. I felt, it is not worth fighting with him, coz, it is waste of time. the Main Owner is not there and he choose this person to run the restaurant, who is going to erode the goodwill to zero, if he continues for another 1 month. This is my second bad experience. and i have decided not go to that place any more. Jus bcoz, food is good, we go there.. Now if this guy is acting so funny.... No way, we can tolerate...

The veg dum biryani had good taste but had a hair in it, which was quite disappointing. When I informed the owner about it, there was no apology, just instructions to the staff.
To make matters worse, I was charged 11 rupees extra for the dum biryani when the menu stated a lower price of 139 rupees. When I pointed this out, the owner gave various excuses, including: Claiming that menu card had old prices. Saying that their regular customers know the price. Mentioning that I didn't ask for price confirmation.
These excuses only added to the frustration of the experience. I paid for my order and was about to leave with my parcel when the owner called me back and offered 20 rupees in cash. I declined the offer for several reasons - there was no apology for the hair in the food, and the owner didn't acknowledge the mistake with the billing. Overall, it was a...
ย ย ย Read moreTaste gets a 5 on 5 rating. The food is not overloaded with masalas or oil.Yet the food is really tasty. The tag line Ghar ka Khana seems to be apt. This is a pure vegetarian place. I had taken parcel of Phulka combo. The Phulkas were soft and the dal and veg curry were rich yet soft. The packing was good. Prices are reasonable. Packing cost around INR 21 per plate. The quantity was reasonable. The ambience is great. The overall theme is white. The walls, tables, chairs and fans are all white. The seating capacity is around 20. The place is really neat and looks hygienic.Disclaimer: I did not look into the kitchen though. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near the park on 5th main road Malleshapalya. Parking though limited is available on the road side in the nearby vicinity. Overall I recommend this place for soft...
