I have been a regular customer from Khagadasapura and been noticing this quite awkward behavior from the owners of this place.... Today I went to get a Vada... The owner was sitting at counter as if he a feudal land lord where we as a customer are under his obligation.... They mentioned take or go away on face...

I had to insist as this is the 3rd time im getting a food which is long back cooked and not fresh.... The behaviour of the owner seems as if we are doing a favour for the amount that we pay....

One Vada 25/- +parcel = 30/- and then they say take or go... I was asked to collect the amount and return the parcel as they have lots of people coming and fine to collect the rotten, dried up vada...

Good that they have volume but if they are selling bad products on the same lines, I would never go to such a place ever with attitude... One of the whole worst experience in Malleshpalya and Khagadasapura side ever...

Note : I was asked to return the order as take or go as they have business.... For a Vada oil filled baked at 4 PM not even considering a...

We visited here last evening by 4PM. There were no good vegetarian restaurants open in this area during Sunday. The restaurant is very nice clean and hygienic. We had South Indian Meals and Kaju Biriyani. South Indian Meals are amazing, Puri and Kurma were good. I asked for chole sabji, that was amazing. I took chole sabji multiple times. He has provided it. The rice quantity was more than enough for 1 person. So we shared the rice. And Kaju Biriyani we took as a parcel. I used to be a regular customer here. But after today’s incident, it’s better to find new place to have food. I have ordered Ghee Pudi Masala dosa. This entire item was not there in the Menu. Only Ghee Masala was there. So, owner billed for 100rs for Ghee Masala and added +10 for pudi. I was surprised to see this as in the menu it was mentioned 80/-. When I had asked owner about +30 rs just for Pudi, he said it wont work like that in Hotels. I was surprised. At the end, I had received paper masala with no Ghee. Bad experience. Food quality...
