As the name suggests , it's absolutely all barbeque. Barbeque stops at crabs but absolute barbeque fulfils your fantasies about sea food like sharp, duck, emu, quail , octopus and so on.... . The ambience of the place is lit. Its well decorated, well arranged and spacious space with proper lighting and seating arrangement. The staff is very cooperative and helpful . . Try here golgappas, kachori chats, dahi papdi chat and chocolate golgappas the craziest thing ever at the golgappe counter. . In the veg starters we had American cheesy potatoes, Kesari paneer tikka, grilled tahril mushroom, Dahi ke solay kebab, crispy corn which was actually very crispy, grilled corn and pineapple. . In the non veg starters we had chilli garlic prawns, Mexican chicken, coastal grill fish, hydrebadi tangdi, Awadhi mutton seek. They have done wonders with their prawn grills and chicken grills. Mutton and fish grills could be improved on. . They have concentrated on sea food a lot. You have go to sea food counter and choose your favourite, with sauce and seasonings and wait for it to be prepared at your table. Here they have egg yolk, duck, rabbit, squid, quail, emu, octopus, shark and other mixed sea foods with seasonings like jalapenos, olives, baby corn , bamboo shoots, water chestnuts for veg lovers...White sauce pasta was also nice. . Chicken manchow soup was very hot and refreshing enough. They also have tomato basil veg soup. . VEG MAINCOURSE well crafted, dal, rice, dal tadka, veg dum biriyani, Karachi kofta, kadhai panner, palak corn masala, Hakka noodles and veg manchurian for Chinese lovers out there. . NON -VEG MAINCOURSE Chicken dum biriyani, mutton Rogan Josh, tandoori butter chicken, chicken fried rice with variety of papads, fried stuffs and variety of salads, healthy sprouts, raita and appetizers. . In the drinks which have to be ordered out of the buffet I liked virgin MOHITO and Blue ocean they have a refreshing touch. . They have cigar ice-cream roll counter, egg pellets counter and paan icecream counters people were really mad about paan flavoured ice-cream... Do try it out yourself. . In the desserts we had Pastries, blue berry cheesecakes, tiramisu, jalebi, honey Arabian cake, angoori gulabjamun, saffron phoenix, rasmalai, flavoured jellies for kids out there, macrons, Swiss rolls. A complete set of desserts... . So once you enter both your stomach and mind will be satisfied with the quantity and quality of food. . A highly recommended place by...

The buffet menu at AB's is must try for all food lovers ❤️❤️ They serve some amazing and tasty dishes with great service and clean ambience.They are running a Persian festival right now for which they have beautiful decor setup at the entrance and around the restaurant. The set up is very pretty which gives a proper Persian feel. The seating is spacious and tidy, They also performed the dance on few numbers was amazing hats off to them!!

There is no doubt that the food was really tasty and worth the money 😋❤️ they have a lot of variety for Veg which I had not expected. Starters- Paneer tikka, Crispy corn, Hara bara kebab, Cajun potatotes, mushroom, grilled pineapple and watermelons and many other things which were all hot, delicious and perfectly served. Main course- 4/5 types of Indian breads like Garlic naan, Butter naan, tandoori roti, etc and they have almost 6 varieties of Curries which includes- Paneer butter masala, Aloo khata, mixed veg, Peas curry, and few more which I can't remember. Biryani, Jeera rice, plain rice with special types of dal and salads.

They also serve Chaats- panipuri, sev puri, dahi puri and live counters like grilled veggies, pasta and hot soups.

That's not all!!! The best part is the variety of desserts ❤️❤️😭 From brownies, pastries of around 3-4 types to mousse,jellies, and all types of Indian specialities like Gulab jamoon, rabdi, jalebi, payasam, etc.

What more can a person ask for !! Definitely do check them out for some amazing buffet option for Veg and Nonveg also at affordable rates.

Absolute Barbeques is absolute bliss to your gluttony and a feasting paradise for your taste buds. I have been to this place so many times but one of my favorite memory was from the Brazilian food festival. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to all the food fanatics to enjoy the plethora of cuisines across a cross-cultural festival and you can enjoy some mouth-watering savories on this special occasion.

The staff is amazingly courteous and will take care of you as a family. They take hygiene very seriously and cleanliness is their top priority. From welcoming you to the time you leave the restaurant you will be treated with absolute hospitality. Speaking of maintaining hygiene, as they have reopened with all the necessary guidelines, in my recent visit I saw them taking some extra precaution this time to adhere to safety and healthy dining experience. All the areas have been sanitized and cleaned periodically including restrooms. They have even maintained a 6 ft distance between your dining table and it's been sanitized again in front of you even before you take a seat.

There's a new digitalized (contactless) dining experience so now, when you are at your table, you can order your favorite dish from this digital menu and even the payment is contactless and digitized.
