It was a nice day as we swaggered into the establishment with a unique logistic of self service and so we found a place to sit and then went over to the payment counter to order and pay to make cheeti to deliver to kitchen counter to take food and then sit and eat. The payment counter already had a woman making a mess of the verbal alphabets by communicating and misunderstanding by staff who is scraping off the lable off her sweet Box and making a mess of it. She then asked for her refund a left. We ordered just 2 dishes one of which is called a Vada or spiced doughnut which was already pre-made. Paid for them along with purchase of coffee which is not drunk yet. Went over to the food counter and the person there requested us to be seated for the food to be readied. When you are hungry , you are angry. But I was not as I already had a puri and 3 spoons of sweet heera already so was not in a hurry. We waited a good 20 minutes and anger erupted nearby. Person who was already consuming his masala dosa and asked for water which was not served after repeated requests and got up from his seat and started shouting at the 5 serving assistance chilling out near the counter. When the instance subsided, I called over the person with whom we ordered food and had informed twice already and showed him the copy of the payment and asked where is order. He courteously called is over to provide us the pre-made delicacy and asked us to wait some more time and personally delivered the second order. The sambar was a delicacy to die for, unlike the sugary ones served elsewhere this was yum but served in small quantity for s large dish. Asked for a secon helping and enjoyed the food. The craving for coffee arrived and as a paying sit in consumer one has stroll casually to the entrance and get the coffee prepared and carry all the way back to the seating arrangements. Would not dare to go there for a coffee with family. Saw a person carrying a single coffee in a large plate back to his seat with under confidence written all over his face. Finished the coffee and said bye to the kid nearby and left the place. Almost fell down the last metal make shift step at the end of the staircase. Overall a good experience but which left a bad taste in the head not to repeat henceforth. Best of luck to the last visit to A2B. Never again unless there is an emergency on the...
Read morePathetic Staff behaviour that too personally with me i visit every day for lunch and i have mini meals which is Rs 141 a day , in a month i am spending 3000+ but the staff behave very irresponsibly with me , if i sit for dine in they dont attend me if i opt self service they will make me wait even though its not crowded at the billing counter they will make me stand for very long time especially there is a lady i think they have problem with my dressing i wear white and black as an advocate thats my dresscode unfortunately thats the code of the staff too 1)i faced humiliation as well one day when i m having my lunch one if the staff approached me and asked that I didn’t paid bill on Friday and left without paying as they are having differences in accounts simply just putting on me luckily i have the transactions .2) another worst situation is at 3:20 pm at self service they are billing and serving mini meals to a customer who is in front of me and when i ordered the same the lady denied to take the order as the time crossed 3pm but when i asked how you served the one infront of me she just lied that mini meals are finished from that day i stopped visiting A2B 3) Unluckily i didn’t find another good restaurant near me so again i visited today , at self service counter i waited for around 10 mins after billing no one was ready to take my bill and serve the food i asked 3 staff to take the bill they just told me to wait ,management can check the cameras too
I dont know the staff are irresponsible with other customers aswell but definitely i can say they are irresponsible with me .
Best part is the Food the chefs are really good at their work and the ambience was good I will never gonna visit again and i will remind my colleagues not to visit A2B in Advocates Attire because will not get respect . And i can see lot of positive reviews all those reviews are because of the Food . After visiting more than 40 times i am writing this review Hope management...
