Very bad service nonsense guy who was in counter while serving dishes. We ordered dosa which was below average tummy mama 😘. Bajji was ordered and bajji was very dry and too much had we asked the guy in counter to at least heat the bajji he said if u want take or u can throw we won't give hot bajji here and he was very rude. Coffee tea beverages were finally nice. I would not recommend this particular hotel if ur hungry as u might leave ur food in plates even if ur hungry like I did today, first time i left my plate unfinished very disappointed even after paying the price they ask we get nonsense service. He was also arguing with other customers who were asking for other food items. I think this review will reach the management so that service boys in the counter get better training. Ambience is decent with comfortable seating on the ground floor,but it has a 1st floor which is not serviceable all the times. Food was good, I ordered the Cheese masala dosai and have also tried various other south indian dishes as well .

But the experience was short lived when it comes to service...

Let me tell you...one fine day, I had visited this place for breakfast and ordered some items which amounted to around 250 but mistakenly I pressed 2500 unknowingly and it was paid.

But when I informed him about that he told wait sometime, let the manager come..then after a while the manager arrived and I explained him the scenario...he then clearly denied saying that I want get any refund and told me he cannot help in this matter.

I waited there for more than an hour...his answer was same and finally he told me to come 2mrw.

I came the next day and after arguing again for 1 hr more he had gave me the refund (like seriously)mistakes happen at times but this is clearly not the way you behave in this sort of manner...

We are a long time customer of Sukh Sagar Kammanahalli. In fact we know this Restaurant as Shanthi Sagar Kammanahalli.

We have tried almost all the menu item's. Today morning Vada ordered. Dine-In is available from today. However was informed that South Indian Meals is still unavailable. One of the Manager's namely Ashok informed that slowly as post lockdown restrictions will be lifted in stages the Restaurant Management will resume full scale operations appropriately.
