We recently dined in to this restaurant and had a very bad experience. Firstly they bought tomato curry instead for tomato egg curry. If was clearly visible that there is no egg and when we called waiter and said he says ya tomato egg curry was ordered and oh there is no egg. The same waiter had got it to the table and he didn't bother to check while getting it to the table. Next in the chicken starter we got a plastic lock a full piece long one and the person in the counter not sure if he is the owner he says as follows 'ya I know and I can see it's a big mistake but even I have had in many five star restaurants and they also make mistakes " instead of just accepting their service he wanted to ignore it and for that as examples pulling in other restaurants into discussion which was not at all needed. Then when we said very bad and pathetic service he says Thank You. Thank you so much.. just mentioning this in detail to bring out the kond of attitude being a restaurant owner of the one managing the counter has.. if it was some small piece we could have said it would be by mistake and unseen but this was a very big length piece of plastic and just so careless and very bad attitude in responding back. The food taste was also bad. The chicken started a special dish suggested by the waiter tasted worst with just over spicy and no other flavour ,another chicken gravy...
Read moreFrom the moment you step into Narmada Restaurant, the aroma of spices and basmati rice promises a culinary journey. The star of the show, their boneless biryani, does more than just deliver on this promise—it takes you straight to the heart of traditional flavors with a modern twist.

What makes this biryani stand out is the attention to detail. The saffron's subtle warmth, the freshness of the mint leaves, and the gentle kiss of rose water come together to elevate the dish from a mere meal to an experience.
In a city where biryani options are abundant, Narmada Restaurant's boneless biryani holds its own with dignity. It's not just decent—it's a testament to the chef's expertise and a treat for the...
Read moreWe have ordered biriyani from there and have always felt it was awesome. Recently visited the place and had food from there and decided never to order food from there. Guess what? While we were having our delicious biriyani a rat ran under our table. Let me repeat, A RAT INSIDE THE RESTAURANT AND RUNNING RIGHT UNDER THE CHAIR YOU SIT IN! What shocked us is not the RAT but the reaction of the staff when we informed them that there's a RAT inside the restaurant. They were like "ha thats ok sir, anything else?"
We saw a rat inside the restaurant, really made is unsure of the cleanliness of the kitchen! Personally, i would never suggest someone Narmada. Sure i loved their biriyanis. But can't eat them anymore seeing these first hand.
It's Your call...
