Zam zam BC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I think this might be one of the best places in Bangalore to eat beef. Especially since they are only open in the afternoon, they make extra effort to ensure that their food is special! The beef biryani was 120 bucks and quite decent, the masala was quite less and one might say it was bland but with the beef chunks it does taste good. There were about 4-5 big pieces of beef with bone in the biryani. I also tried the Beef pepper chops which was 80 bucks for half a plate the taste of which was heavenly!! Some of the best beef chops I have had in a long long time, not all spicy but full of flavour! The Shami kabab (10 bucks for one) was also tantalizing, just perfect spice and flavouring.

I didn't like the fact that there is no menu card anywhere inside the place, you have to ask to find out what the rates are and what the items are, which can be a bit irritating because everyone is busy. The second thing I didn't like is that the place is a bit cramped and worst of all, you need to remove your shoes (and I would suggest your socks as well) before going in to eat. Since I came from work, I found this to be quite a nuisance since first I only removed my shoes and then found rice sticking to my socks as I entered. Hence I decided to remove my socks as well.

Other than these two complaints, I still would definitely go back here again and...

This hotel is a great choice for those who love simple, home-style food at budget-friendly prices. The taste is excellent, with fresh and comforting flavours that make it feel like a homemade meal.

The ambience is unique, as the hotel is set up in a converted house. The space is limited, so it might not have the typical restaurant atmosphere.

One major drawback is the parking situation—there is no space for cars, and only around 4-5 bikes can be parked. Given this limitation, takeaway is the best option.

I had a worst experience today in this place..there is a boy in the counter who is day dreaming doesn't know how to behave with the customer and talks so badly uses all filthy language..the owner was not there...we were about to slap him for the way he treated us ..pls do not go to this place..they r not doing charity we r paying money for the food what we eat..this kind of attitude...
