Dear Management,

After several visits, I feel compelled to write this review. The current staff lack both a service-oriented mindset and the motivation to sell your products. Firstly, they don’t respond properly or offer assistance in locating products. Secondly, they fail to address queries in a helpful manner.

During my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed when service was denied at 12:15 PM. I attempted to enter the store at 12:11 PM to purchase a family pack, but I was told not to enter with the remark, 'It will take time' (time lagega). When I asked if service was available from 1 PM, the staff member casually said yes. I’ve attached a picture taken at 12:11 PM, and your Google page indicates that you open at 11:45 AM.

I am inclined to avoid this place in the future, given the potential for disappointment, especially when service is denied during official operating hours. Old name with a branded feel, they have created a new taste in the dessert segment. Earlier, dessert just mean sweet in taste now you can try the pain puri ice cream, Guava chilly and lot of exciting Flavors.

Though felt the quality of milk in the Guava was poor as the consistency was missing and got very watery when it melted.
