I have been eating from this place from years but today I had a very bitter experience. Old management chef n manager were brilliant the new staff is a biggest waste & worst people. That one person named Sourav sitting in counter is pathetic useless guy with no knowledge on customer service or how to deal with customers. They spoiled there machine n expect customer to cancel the order if u don't have other mode of payment. I requested them to manage with some options useless people don't have any brains to handle things on their own neither they got their manager to talk. I got payment done by my friend as I could not disappoint kids waiting for sizzlers. To the dismay sizzler served today was ultimately worst in taste n no sizzling smoke too when I asked they put little butter but was a waste of thing. @Asia seven owner of this outlet if you don't get this staff set right u will loose on ur business big time. Waste of my money time n energy.. i use to always refer this place now its out of my list. Plus that sourav is least bothered if we are sharing feedback .. he is going to get this shop closed soon. N he is claiming m only handling the counter from last 3 months. Till he is there I may not go back again to this place to face someone...

The staff was terribly ill behaved. We were a group of 5 and we ordered only a combo meal here since we wanted to order from multiple different places. I asked the server to give me 4 additional wooden use and throw forks since he had only provided me 1. On the first try, he turned back and whispered something in the early of another server about how I was asking for too many forks. He turned around and gave me 2. Next I reiterated and asked him for 2 more forks and this time, he turned around - picked 2 up but only put one more in my tray - probably feeling a sense of accomplishment over saving a 50 paise fork. I had to ask him for a third time whether he was deaf before I was able to get that. To be honest, I don't have any issue in even paying for things if it is out of their budget but the way they treat customers is really questionable. This stupid server should learn some manners and the establishment should really start charging money for forks if they feel like it is needed. I am if people can pay 300, they won't have an issue paying 10...

Absolutely not good Chinese. Phoenix mall food court outlet quality has gone bad . And Not only the Nexus Shantiniketan mall outlet in food court gave cold food , they are totally mismanaged . They gave in tiny paper plates. We ordered Kung pao chicken with noodles, Burnt fish with noodles and steamed momos. Everything was bad. They don’t know to make momos. They served cold noodles even when we right away immediately took it from them. The chicken was bad . He gave one fork for three plates of noodles. He took several minutes for taking the order . He also ran out out of paper for giving a receipt and took few more minutes . Just Eat Mc Donald’s , Dominos , or maybe just a Taco at Nexus Shantiniketan mall food court .
