Social Whitefield in Phoenix Marketcity Mall delivers a unique and energetic dining experience that combines creativity with comfort. Walking into Social, the first thing that catches the eye is its quirky, urban decor—a blend of industrial elements and vibrant graffiti art that instantly sets a lively mood. The seating is spacious, whether you’re with a group of friends or just enjoying a solo meal, and the open layout allows the ambience to feel both bustling and relaxed. The menu at Social is impressive, presenting a mix of Indian and international dishes with the brand’s signature spin. During my recent lunch visit, I paired my meal with a bottle of beer, and everything served hit the mark. The food is not only visually appealing but also packed with flavor and freshness. Dishes arrive promptly and are portioned generously, providing great value for the vibrant location. Standout items include their house burgers, innovative small plates, and signature Social cocktails, though the regular beer selection is also excellent and suited my laid-back afternoon perfectly. What elevated my experience at Social Whitefield was the exceptional staff. From greeting to service, the team was genuinely warm and professional. They managed to be attentive without hovering, always ready with menu recommendations or a quick check to see if anything was needed. This customer-focused attitude made the meal even more enjoyable, reinforcing why Social has earned its reputation in Bengaluru’s competitive dining scene. Social Whitefield’s atmosphere is versatile—it’s perfect for celebrations, casual get-togethers, or working from their “co-working” setups during the day. The playlist adds to the vibe, making the entire visit fun and memorable. In summary, Social Whitefield scores high across the board for food, drinks, ambience, and service. It’s a go-to destination in Whitefield for anyone looking to enjoy quality time and delicious food in a...
Read moreThis is my first ever visit to the SOCIAL franchise and I visited the one in Whitefield. It offers indoor and outdoor dining options and is situated in Phoenix Market City.
We chose to eat inside because, even though it being the weekend, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The interiors and lighting are good but It's difficult to click pictures because of dim lights and some lights aren't switched on. The furnishing needs some attention too.
There wasn't any physical menu so we had to scan the QR to place our order. As usual the vegetarian section in the menu was just kept for name sake and had very few options. So we decided to order achari paneer, loaded nachos, crispy corn, pizza and bombay sandwich. The bombay sandwich and crispy corn were good but the rest were neither tasty nor looked good. They really need to work on the menu and presentation of the dishes. In drinks obviously the entire attention was given to the alcoholic beverages section.I don't even understand why they even kept the non-alcoholic section. We chose spiced guava and pink cream. The drinks were served in a jar(which they had shown in the menu). There were no efforts either in terms of taste or presentation, whereas the alcoholic drinks looked interesting(saw it in the neighboring table).
We spent almost 2 hours without any disturbance. We had a good time. Everything was good apart from the food, drinks, furniture...
Read moreWould probably be the worst of the Social in Bangalore. Though located in the happening place, has the worst in terms of hospitality and service. The place was full as expected and they were not taking reservations, just walk-ins. There was no method followed by the staff. Made us wait for 20-30 mins and was providing table to customers who would shout/yell at her thus leaving us waiting further. I lost my patience and had to question her only after which she provided a sharing table which has to be declined by me. I had to call a guy in the white shirt, who probably was a manager, spoke to him about the situation only after which i finally got a table. This guy was not so kind afterall and was playing with words. Finally got the table. The menu as all the outlets follow, had to be scanned before placing the order. The service was pathetic as well....had to keep waving at the staff in black uniforms. Some of them shockingly was not aware to help us on where to find a item in the online menu. Cutlery was not sufficient, seasoning was not provided, service was delayed... should admit that it was a worst experience among the Social outlets. Pathetic...the staff needs proper training on treating it's customers and more importantly, need to be trained on what is available in house and what's not and how to navigate through the...
