I recently had the pleasure of dining at Noodle Bar, a delightful Pan-Asian restaurant tucked away inside Phoenix Market City.

What I ordered: To kick off our culinary journey, my friend & I ordered the Laksa Prawns Dim Sum. These delicate, translucent parcels were a revelation! The prawns inside were succulent and the laksa base was bursting with flavors. A must-try dish for seafood lovers.

The Double Cooked Chilli Lamb was a fantastic starter. Tender thin slices of lamb were double-cooked to achieve a crispy exterior while retaining their juicy tenderness inside. The fiery chilli sauce added a thrilling kick that left our taste buds tingling for more.

The Som Tum Salad was a refreshing interlude. The vibrant mix of shredded raw papaya, carrots, and peanuts tossed in a zesty lime dressing was a delightful contrast to the fiery lamb. It cleansed our palate and prepared us for the main course.

The star of our meal was undoubtedly the Jado Chicken with Thai Chilli Basil Rice which we ordered for the main course. The chicken was expertly seasoned and stir-fried with a medley of vegetables, all infused with aromatic sauces and chili. The flavors were robust and exhilarating, leaving us craving every last morsel. The fragrant Thai Chilli Basil Rice provided the perfect canvas for this mouthwatering experience.

We washed down our delectable meal with the Guava Chilli drink – a refreshing surprise. The sweet and tangy guava flavor was beautifully balanced with a hint of chilli heat, making it a unique and memorable beverage choice. Here I just fell in love with one drink - the classic 'Masala Cola' - a must-try drink.

The staff at Noodle Bar were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our meal, ensuring that everything was well taken care of. The restaurant's tasteful decor and soothing ambiance made it an ideal spot for a relaxed dining experience.

In conclusion, our visit to Noodle Bar was a delightful Pan-Asian culinary journey. While the starters, especially the Laksa Prawns Dim Sum and Double Cooked Chilli Lamb, left us impressed, it was the Jado Chicken with Thai Chilli Basil Rice that stole the show. Coupled with the friendly staff and the calming atmosphere within the bustling mall, Noodle Bar will be a preferred dining place for yet another unforgettable...

I had recently heard about the exotic pan Asian options from Noodle Bar, right opposite Taco bell, elegant ambiance, and huge seating area, they also provide open outside seating. So, I decided to sit outside.

The place is nicely sanitized, they sanitized the table in front of us too before we sat down. All the workers were following safety protocols properly, service is fast. 5/5 on cleanliness level.

Food Review: Lemon Pepper Coriander Chicken Soup: Generous amount of chicken chunks, the lemon taste was on the milder side, I felt lemon flavor could have been enhanced to make it taste even better. They provided extra salt and pepper sashes on the side. Overall there was a scope of improvement, but it was a decent soup. Oriental Spring Vegetable Rolls: Perfectly Crispy outer layer wrapping around the noodles and veggies, great flavor of the filling, went really well with the chili sauce. Laksa Prawn Dumplings: This was the dish I was most excited about. And it surely satisfied my expectation. Fresh prawns, the thin dumpling layer around the prawns was very well done and dumplings went beautifully with the Laksa Curry. Fresh Orange Juice: Absolutely loved it. I prefer room temperature drinks, and it wasn't as cold as other restaurants serve. So, I would suggest asking for extra ice cubes if you like it cold. Hokomein Singaporean Veg Noodles with Chicken in Oyster Scallop Sauce: The quantity of noodles and chicken curry was pretty generous. Can easily serve 2 people. The noodles were less on the spice level, If you wanna go for spicer, I'd suggest going for Garlic Chili Noodles. Taste-wise noodles were really good, I could actually eat them just with sauces provided too, they were quite flavorful, although I felt the number of veggies in the noodles could have been more. The chicken curry that I ordered alongside was complementing the noodles very well, it too was on low spice level, there were a generous amount of well-cooked big chicken chunks. Would recommend this paring, if you like more spicy though, I'd suggest going for chili garlic...

Located in Phoenix Market City Whitefield this restaurant is situated on the first floor of the mall, opposite to Taco Bell and very easy to locate. I visited the restaurant on a Friday night and it was moderately full. The area is spacious with plush seating arrangement and well lit ambiance. Noodle bar specializes in Chinese, thai and seafood and most of the dishes which we ordered didn't disappoint. I'd recommend the following dishes which were an absolute knockout: • Barbeque Grilled Chicken. It's essentially marinated chicken with oyster sauce, chillies and topped with barbeque onion sauce. This dish had to be ordered twice as the demand was high! It was excellently marinated and tasted impeccable. Must must try! • Banana Wrapped Fish: this is an Indonesian dish which reminded me of a Bengali delicacy called bhetki maccher paturi. This dish had simple flavours of garlic, lemon and chilli sauce in fish and was cooked as well as presented wrapped in banana leaves. • Laksa Prawn Dumpling- served in circular bamboo containers these dumplings were delicious! The sauce went magically with minced prawn stuffing in the dimsum. • Chicken Thai curry (green) tasted superb too. We tried it with Jasmine rice. The combination was on point. • Burnt garlic chilli noodles - this is Ramen noodles with a hint of ginger, onion and the usp burnt chilli. It was really tasty. One could try it with a side dish but we tried it as it is and it tasted just as good.

The service could have been slightly quicker but they made that up by their polite behaviour. The chef himself came to speak to us and took all the tiny feedbacks which we had to give. Had a good time! I'd recommend the place,...
