Take this review very seriously. Visited Cha Cha Cha on Sunday. Waited for more than 25 mins for someone to attend us and take order. Food was average. Portions too small. The faulty table lamp which needs to be battery charged did not work and we had extremely dim table lighting and experience due to that. Upon request also they did not care to replace that when they had many extra lamps on the table. The staff takes the order then comes after 25 mins with someone else’s order to you. Your order sometimes is handed over to others who came after you. They then apologise for wrong delivery at the table. It’s the same trend as staff seem less experienced. However they run around trying to work tirelessly but unfortunately management seems bad of this place. When you request something the staff listens to you but does not come with the ordered thing. Again you need to call them as they walk around , and repeatedly remind them of your order. It’s so bad that you wish you had never visited the place due to such poor and laid back service and slow work. Only the check comes fast for payment in the end. You only run upto huge bill as some items are too expensive for that place. But the staff can’t even explain what those dishes and things are when we order and ask them. Bad knowledge as well. The taste, the portions of food, the huge bill you pay and the pathetic slow service which takes hours and the place which seems to be badly managed, all together disappoints you so much that you would never visit again or walk into that restaurant door! If you notice lots of customers have had the same experience over months, and expressed it here in reviews , yet the management did not learn from these feedbacks. That’s a really sad thing. Try the FOO restaurant at...
Read moreI recently dined at CHA CHA CHA Whitefield with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several aspects.
The meal began with a dimsum platter, which was mediocre at best. While not terrible, they failed to impress and lacked the finesse one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
The highlight of the meal was the Peking duck, which stood out as the most enjoyable dish. However, it wasn't exceptional enough to salvage the overall dining experience.
We also ordered a couple of salads, which were unremarkable. They neither offended nor delighted, leaving us feeling indifferent about these dishes.
The real letdown came with dessert, which can only be described as a disaster. It's disappointing when a meal ends on such a sour note, especially considering the importance of a strong finish in fine dining.
While the location was decent and the ambience was passable, these factors couldn't compensate for the culinary shortcomings. The staff did try their best to provide good service, which is commendable, but it wasn't enough to overcome the food-related issues.
The most significant concern was the value for money. Given the prices charged, both the quality and quantity of the food should have been substantially better. It's hard to justify the cost when the culinary experience is so underwhelming.
In conclusion, despite its attempts at creating an appealing dining experience, CHA CHA CHA Whitefield misses the mark. With better options available in the area, I would, unfortunately, give this restaurant a miss. There's potential here, but until significant improvements are made, it's hard...
Read moreSo, yesterday (Saturday – August 9, 2025) was not the best of days for me and my partner. We had booked two Platinum Seats for 'Kumar Sanu Live in Concert' at Phoenix Market City at Whitefield in Bengaluru. The concert was scheduled for yesterday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. However, by the time we reached the mall, it was absolutely pouring, and we were not even aware that the concert was in an open space. There was no question of risking our health by exposing ourselves to the dangerous Bengaluru monsoon rain. Thus, Rs. 3,998.00/- went down the drain. We, therefore, wanted to come to a quiet place and eat something. We found this place interesting and went in. We ordered a Chicken Coriander Wanton and an Asian Fruit Salad (Combination of Beetroot, Pineapple, Apple, Orange, Roasted Almond with Sweet and Spicy Dressing). Jasmine Tea was offered as a complimentary drink. All the items were sufficiently tasty. However, the ambience is something that we particularly took a liking for. The quality of services was good enough. We ended up paying less than Rs. 1,000.00/-. Fairly economical one would say given its setting inside a posh mall. We were almost comforted by the food for having to miss the concert subject to a horrible miscommunication where BookMyShow did not bother to inform us that the concert was supposed to happen in an open space. Anyway, would we go to this place again? Hell yes! Keep up the...
