Horrible and pathetic service, fraud business with no business ethics. They will take the order readily and therein your nightmare will start, there is no centralized customer care number, you do not have any real time update on your cake order. Ordered a Photo Printed Birthday cake for my kid, which was supposed to be delivered by 4-6 PM. Till 7PM there was no callback and no update, and after 8PM and 500 attempts to chat, got to know that the order was cancelled due to "absence of printing ink", which no one bothered to take up on urgency or at least have a courtesy to communicate. The whole birthday experience got super spoiled due to unprofessional and incompetent order management from cake zone! Highly not...

Guys, there is issue on their website. If you are trying multiple photos for cake and then finalized last one, their order will pick up first photo and print on cake. So once you finalize your photo, open incognito mode and then place order. Also there is no way to check what photo you have uploaded once order is placed. Coming to delivery, it was damaged cake we received and top of that they are telling that you can get 10% refund if we accept this cake, who cuts damaged cake on birthday. Anyway we got full refund n they took their cake back. I will never ever place order on cakezone. First impression is last impression. We had a really awkward walk in on them as we had no clue that this was a cloud kitchen and there was no dining options.

So we just placed our order and even though the staff was very hesitant about it as it was late night, they still prepared it for us.

We sat there on the bench by the counter while all the Swiggy and Zomato delivery peeps walk in and collect their orders. We watched them prepare cakes and our jar cake as there was nothing else we could do anyway.

Overall, never expected a cloud kitchen as we usually order online and get amazing food. That's why we went in search of it.
