I visited Be Luru - Craft Kitchen and Bar for Christmas brunch, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was struck by the stunning rooftop ambience. The beautifully designed outdoor seating area offered breathtaking views of the city, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The DJ was fantastic, spinning a lively mix of tracks that kept the energy high and the vibe energetic. The music was perfectly balanced, allowing for easy conversation while still keeping the party atmosphere alive.

But what truly stole the show was the food. Oh, the food! It was exceptional, to say the least. Each dish was expertly crafted, with bold flavors and presentation that was almost too beautiful to eat. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the portion sizes were adequate.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a wide range of craft cocktails and beers to choose from.

We had a really disappointing dining experience here.

First, we ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, which turned out to be a complete disaster. The dish had a foul smell and tasted off — it was clearly not fresh and honestly felt unsafe to eat. We had to send it back because it was simply inedible.

Trying to salvage the meal, we then ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. Unfortunately, that was also poorly made. The lettuce was wilted and not fresh at all. The dressing didn’t taste like a Caesar dressing — it was some other sauce entirely, and there was no mayonnaise or the expected Caesar flavor. It felt like a completely different dish passed off under the wrong name.

It’s really frustrating to go out expecting a decent meal and end up feeling like the evening was wasted. The quality of the food was far below even basic standards. If you’re planning to have a nice dinner or enjoy your evening, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The only positive part of the experience was the service. Our server, Mr. Vijay, was courteous and attentive throughout. He did his best to assist us and made sure we were comfortable despite the issues with the food — and for that, we’re thankful.

Overall, though, the poor food quality completely overshadowed the service. Not...

I do visited this Place 4 times including tonight in last 3 months... On my 1st visit on 3rd may I found hair in chicken tikka... Unfortunately I got the same hairy tikka tonight... Don't know why is happened to my food only but disappointed... One of their staff apologies and promised it will not be charged... I agreed, I can understand those things happen in a running restaurant, but after promissing also they charged me for that... Now let's come to the service, they are not at all attentive... You have to call for everything you required on the table... No water refilling... After placing order through QR code they don't accept... No use of having online menu... Very slow service... I have seated almost 1 and half hour... I got my chilli eggs after 25 minutes... Wine I got almost after 15 minutes of ordering.... Ordered for a coke but nobody seen that order till 15 minutes, so I deleted and call for the cheque... Even when I asked for repeat wine glass.. it was over in the bar but nobody informed... After 20 minutes a server came and informed it's not available... After everything they charged me 10% of service charges... That is not acceptable... Very bad experience... Disappointed.... Did not expect this experience from this...
