The brunch group goes on Sunday. The restaurant and the manager, who has terrible customer service skills and can read the crowd, had the music so loud at a brunch that people couldn't hear each other and ended up screaming orders and for regular conversation. We all have throats. They would not reduce the music. They claim their brunch has a DJ? so it's a club? Or is it a restaurant augmented by the BACKGROUND MUSIC? Also, they do bait and switch. They advertise Moet Chandon and swap it for Fratelli. That is not a joke. The made up Stupid excuses. They are cheaping out. Food was okay, but there were more managers and security than servers, so food and drinks were slow. Poorly run restaurant and hostile to feedback that would have made our large crowd of influences, consulate presidents, musicians, and scions a great time. They turned our brunch negative with the bait and switch and with even more incredible frustration over not doing the easy task of simply lowering the volume.
Save time, frustration and money. Find an actual customer-friendly establishment to attend that appreciates your money and patronage and allows friends to have conversations.
It is incredibly short-sighted and a massive failure for the management to not listen and accommodate a large group of guests. All with the same request. (Since they don't turn down the sound, they should hand out earplugs.) Music=background for restaurants. Mgmt 101
Oh well, I'll look forward to attending the next restaurant opening in this place as this ill-managed failure will close soon enough, as we often see in Bengaluru. Poor juvenile, inexperienced managers with "new" untested ideas forget their customer desires are paramount, and trying to force their ideas destroys any chance of success.
Too bad. Another poorly conceived restaurant disaster.
Keep walking, driving, and staying clear. Unless you want nothing but an over-glorified dance bar with closed-minded management, this could be your...
Read moreAvoid this place like the plague. If you care for your belongings and have anything valuable that you accidentally forget, you can be assured to never see it again. These people have no sense of accountability and customer service is non-existent.
I was with a group of friends for Sunday's brunch and towards the end of it, we walked out and I ended up leaving my jacket on the sofa, and a mobile phone charger right on the table. One would expect the staff to keep any item that's been left, in the lost & found section, but apparently they never found it. (which is a clear lie as there is no way the charger could have disappeared without the cleaning staff seeing it.) I requested if they could look at the CCTV, which was pointing right at the table we are to figure out what happened to it and they said they would and haven't got back about it. I've been trying to reach them every single day for the past one week and not a single time they've had the courtesy to get back and let me know of the status.
Keep in mind, the jacket was very valuable and I had sentimental value attached to it. Which is why I kept following up with them, to no avail.
I'd expect much better customer service and some level of basic accountability from a place like this, but I was grossly mistaken.
Apart from that, the food was mediocre at best, and very few selections for the drinks. Music and ambience were the only plus points of the place.
There are much better places to go to with far better customer service, so...
Read moreBeen here on a weekend night. The atmosphere was too lively. Couldn’t find such a review anywhere on the net for this place. Food was decent. There was a price hike to 100% and menu was changed mid way which was unexpected. Coz of dance floor and party ongoing, the crowd management was not great. People were bumping into tables. No separation between Smoking and non smoking regions. But service was really good. If not for that, would have walked out of the place. The reception area management was really bad. Not enough space to walk in from lift to entrance and people are bumping into each other. That was a bad experience, given that table was reserved. If you just want to vibe and dance, this might be a considerable choice. Otherwise not worth it. Too expensive for the taste of the food. Not bad, but...
