Service is worst . Staff has very casual attitude and takes hell lot of time to serve even a single hot Chocolate. I ordered a hot chocolate and waited for 20 minutes . It was in morning and only 2 customers were there.

I was waiting for my order and till 20 minutes no order. When the barista saw me sitting there, she suddenly remembered my order and informed manager. I overheardthem that they forgot my order. Then manager is giving ridiculous excuses that heating milk took time.

Such poor and pathetic service that they take so much time for a simple order which shows their service level. Wonder how will they handle if crowd is full

Good place to have a cup of coffee. Food is also tasty . Parking available. It's a quiet place. Only drawback is if you are going in the night or late evening it is a shadow place. No enough lights on the road. It's very close to the lake so it's dangerous if you are walking towards cafe in the night. Service is fast. All payment...
