In a coffee shop, If you are keeping your luggage on a chair next to you, while you are sitting on the adjacent chair and then someone ( another coffee aspirant) ask you for chair to sit , will you tell that person to wait, while you finish your phone call. Isnt it rude to ask that person to wait while you finish your call? Shouldn't you first pause your call and remove your luggage and first give the chair to the person who is standing and looking for the chair.??

That's what happened with us today at this coffee shop. We three ( family, including my son) went to this coffee shop. There were four sofa chair, out of which two were empty and other two were taken by a guy and his luggage. We thought of requesting him to give us one sofa chair. As we were little ahead of my son , we two sat on the sofa chair, and then I requested the guy if we can please take the sofa chair on which he was keeping his laptop bag and a jacket, but he gave a rude gesture to wait while he was on call. While my son was waiting to sit , this guy remain on call. Not knowing when will he finish his call, I went ahead and shifted his bag and jacket to the adjacent non sofa chai and gave the chair to my son to sit. But as I did this, he immediately disconnected his call and started arguing for touching his stuff, started fighting, started shouting. According to him, even if I asked him for the chair, I should have waited untill he would have finished his call and had given me permission.

He started screaming, "manager manager" When manager came he asked manager to remove my son from the chair so that he can put his luggage back on that sofa chair. To our surprise manager comes and tell us to shift somewhere else because that guy comes regularly and sit the same place or he ( manager) told us that we can parcel our coffee to go.

Instead of telling that guy that first of all chairs are meant for humans and not for luggage, secondly , first I had politely requested the guy for the chair first, only when he thought his call is more important then a person standing and looking for chair, I acted on getting the chair as we were waiting to sit.

What kind of logic is that , that just because a customer comes regularly, he has the right to disrespect other customers. and restaurant support such people for what, some fixed money? Dont you have integrity and respect for humans and you are giving more importance for luggage and such rude but regular customers.

After few moments, we shifted to a different table to avoid further unpleasantness. As we moved to a different location that guy pulled the sofa chair again and again started using it...

My go to place whether i want to have just a coffee or work from cafe and have a coffee and almond croissant đŸ„. I just love their coffee I have become a fan of it and specially the Sarjapur branch it’s like my second home. Their brews are like incomparable you would just feel like lost in the fresh brewed aroma. I have tried their hazelnut cappuccino, classic cappuccino, matcha latte đŸ” , caramel latte, classic cold brew and ofcourse their iced americano. If you have just started coffee or like light then I would suggest to go for hazelnut cappuccino. Also for vegan people you have option to get soy milk / oat milk as well.

I think I have tried almost all the food items available here. Some of my favourites are almond croissant, chocolate croissant, butter croissant, chicken sandwiches, Lemon raspberry tea cake , banana walnut cake and omelette burger.

Though some might think that the price is little bit on the higher side as compared to other coffee places but I would say it’s worth it if you are a coffee fan and would want to work or chat with friends or read novel (only during lunch hours as place gets full by evening ) then you shud...

I ordered from this particular outlet of Third Wave Coffee via Zomato, and I’m extremely disappointed. First, the presentation of the coffee was far below the standard set by other Third Wave outlets. But worse, the quality of the coffee was pathetic—after consuming it, we suffered severe stomach issues.

This isn’t a one-time issue either. It was my second order from this outlet in the last six months, and unfortunately, both experiences were horrible. It’s clear there is something consistently wrong at this specific location—whether it’s hygiene, quality control, or preparation standards.

I strongly urge Third Wave Coffee and Zomato to investigate and consider suspending or shutting down this outlet until they can ensure it meets the brand’s standards. Customers shouldn’t have to risk their health for a...

Disappointed with the Mexican Paneer Salad – Overpriced and Bland I recently visited Third Wave Coffee at Sarjapur Road and ordered the Mexican Paneer Salad for over â‚č300. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The portion size was shockingly small for the price, making it feel like a total rip-off. Worse, there was absolutely nothing Mexican about the dish—just a few paneer chunks tossed with basic ingredients, lacking any authentic flavors or seasoning. For a premium cafĂ©, I expected much better quality and value for money. Definitely not ordering this again. If you're considering this dish and the place , I’d suggest skipping it.
