Cold Stone Creamery-Sarjapur — Restaurant in undefined

You open the door and the friendly staff welcome you with a heart warming smile and a hello. How pleasant is that. Cold Stone as the name says the scooped ice cream is squished on the granite stone, where the taste is enhanced. Come here for the ultimate icecream experience. One of the best quality ice-creams can be found here. With lots of varities and new flavours introduced every quarter. The waiters feed you a lot, they recommend you to try every flavour. They are all equipped with a head gear, mask and gloves and it really feels safe.

Other than the normal ice creams with exotic flavours, like the Tiramisu, rasmalai and many others. They have some amazing Sundaes. These are made using many juggling techniques and what a fantastic sight that is.

We had two of their amazing Sundaes. The Cheesecake Fantasy is one amazing delicacy, where cheesecake flavoured icecream is mashed with fresh strawberries, blue berries and what not. This being has with a choco cup, it's fantastic. Mudpipe Mojo, their coffee signature dish is something amazing. Coffee icecream, peanut butter and Oreos. I leave the awesomeness to be imagined in your head.

In short, I strongly do not recommend this place for anyone. I've gone once, late at night as it is open when other ice cream places are closed; I have no plan on going again

I had an extremely bad experience and the main reasons were: All the items are very expensive and not worth it (Bill ended up being Rs.900 for 4 people... just for a small amount of ice cream) Half the menu was not available (There was no Brownie, Cookie or Cheesecake ice creams which limited the options to very few... as most of the ice cream flavors used the Brownie) There were a lot of flies and mosquitoes inside the shop and many even landed on the ice cream we were eating. I showed it to the employee there and all I got was a reason as to why they were there, no compensation. No place to wash hands, a small bit of ice cream got onto my hands while eating the cone - and I had to leave with sticky hands.

The enjoyable parts were: Taste of ice creams and cones were good. The shop looked nice and had great colors, a suitable place to take a picture or two. The staff put up an enjoyable show while making...

Visited with parents and child. Half the things not available - shakes and smoothies not available, berry toppings not available. Finally found one available signature Birthday cake mix. The moment I took a spoon in my mouth I realised it was ROTTTEN. Tasted like days old stale food. Either ice cream or the brownie or the chocolate syrup. The store server agreed it was bad cdnt figure what it was. I inmiedietely tasted the kids ice cream - sweet cream with sprinkles. That was rotten too. We threw everything on the dustbin. The staff was polite enough to agree and refunded. But I regret driving 30min to this place. Such a sad state of a premium brand like...
