Sandwichwallas — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Me and my friends visited Sandwichwallas for an evening bite. The shop's board is run down, so it might be hard to identify at night.

They offer a wide range of eateries like sandwiches, burgers, Maggi, milkshakes, garlic bread, momos, nachos, and more.

We first tried some sandwiches: cheese chilly garlic, corn chilly, and Mexican sandwich. All were good, but I liked the cheese chilly garlic the most.

Next, we tried a rice item, chilly garlic rice, which was very good. We finished with a vanilla milkshake, which was also excellent.

I visited at 1:30 pm thinking that the place would be rush due to popularity, I was wondered to find myself as first customer. Atleast I thought the service will be fast as I was the only customer. He delivered one order and started preparing for next customer who came next. Not sure what hurry he had, white sauce of pasta was milky(not creamy), garlic rice did not had any taste except spicey. The wok tossed rice is extremely good, especially the chilli garlic rice. The only problem I have with this place is it's not open till even 2 PM on few days. It could certainly use a few more chairs and given the amount of space they have, nothing much can be done about it. The prices are very affordable, food and beverages for about 7 people won't go above Rs 700. The place is in Jayanagar, so you can expect the least amount of chaos or disturbance of any sorts.
