Except for the dosa varieties, which are a complete disappointment. But beyond that? This place is a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant.
Letâs start with the service. Or rather, the complete lack of it. The staff operates with an air of indifference so profound, youâd think they were doing you a favor by letting you dine there. Efficiency? Nonexistent. Basic courtesy? A foreign concept. And letâs not even talk about the wait times unless you enjoy being ignored.
And then, thereâs the washrooms. Filthy doesnât quite cover it. Itâs one thing to have a subpar restroom; itâs another to have a space so neglected that it actively detracts from the dining experience. Itâs unacceptable, itâs unprofessional, and frankly, itâs just disrespectful to paying customers.
Oh, and yes, they have an air-conditioned dining section. But letâs be real. When everything else is failing so spectacularly, cool air isnât going to fix it.

Wow how time changes things.
I have been going here since the place opened from Day 1 many years ago and for a large part they have maintained good customer service.
Now in the last 1 year or so they have fallen very low.
Dine-In : The restroom behind the AC hall in the ground floor was stinking to the extent that one couldn't enter it - infact the hand wash area itself was unusable. No response from staff on hand when informed about it. After going there, it was impossible to sit and eat food. Equally the staff who took the order also very stern and unfriendly - departure from the polite staff earlier.
Take-away / Swiggy orders : They accept orders on the app and put themselves under extreme pressure - delayed in handing over to the partner. On one occasion a few weeks back, the staff who handed over the parcel to the delivery partner verbally abused him in foul language - and today, they have refused to give any details of delay in parcel handing over, not responding to customer calls either.
