VERY BAD EXPERIENCE… Please go through the below details:
Considering the flat 50% off offer, we booked BISO Multi Cuisine Restaurant – Citrus Hotel for our lunch through Zomato app. Since it was a Christmas holiday, we were greeted well at the reception, and I mentioned that we have a table booking through Zomato. We moved into the restaurant, which is located on the ground floor (Citrus Hotel has another restaurant at the rooftop of the same building by the name of 'Skylit'). The hotel ambiance appeared great!
There was a big spread of food in the buffet, and we could see just one family dining at BISO. Some of the dishes were cold (at 2:30 pm) and when pointed out, the servers readily sent them to the kitchen inside for reheating. The main course was not up to the standards and the same was with dessert section. There was just one variety of ice-cream (Pista) and it was melted.
Throughout our dining time, there were just 3 families including ours having food at BISO. This clearly goes well with the rating (3.8* in Google and 3.6* in Zomato).
When I was about to pay the bill through Zomato app, the server said that Zomato discounts do not apply to buffet spreads. I said that this was already informed at the reception before entering the restaurant and we should have been guided accordingly. However, they countered saying that reception has no connection with the restaurant. Since this was not communicated to us before we could start our meal, I asked for a Manager, but he was not helpful at all. Next I initiated a chat conversation with Zomato Service explaining the situation but they mentioned that the restaurant was not attending their calls, and I had no option but to pay the original bill amount. Overall, this was really a disappointing experience and not worth paying such a high price. In case you are planning to dine at BISO, please call the restaurant and seek details before visiting the place.

And those low quality sweets and deserts ! Read moreWe were about 37 people who had a gathering in BISO. Food was good. The private garden area was spacious and good. But it was too warm as the roof was plastic sheet. They did have some fans, but did not help. Also, due to blue sheet above, none of our photos came out well. Finally they did switch ON some bulbs, so we took photos in those spots only. The manager was very accommodating, and gave us time from 11.30am to 4pm. But one of the servers did not like that we were there till 4pm. He tried to switch OFF the fans so that we leave soon.
