We got their intense dark couverture chocolate cake and ate the cake over a 4 day period. We were sorry it got over so fast. The texture and flavour each day was an experience as it seemed to have a different and delightful texture , flavour and aroma each day. The quality of the ingredients were unmatched. Selected carefully we must say.
It was assembled very delicately. That much was evident. On day 1, even the sound of the knife slicing into the cake had a resonance, ring and bite. The flavour was a rich cocoa and a lingering sweetness. The white chocolate that accompanied it complemented the dark chocolate smoothly. On day 2, the layers had settled in. Rich , gooey texture, melt in the mouth and spectacular combination with our Guatemala dark roast black coffee. Day 3 , was completely surprising. Rich cocoa, coarse grains, still moist ( surprisingly) and a delight to bite and day 4 it had taken on a firm dark chocolate texture, delightful and aged to a bitter sweet mouthful made even better with medium roast ethiopian black coffee...and so sorry to see it all finished.
Beautifully layered, neatly coated and across the 4 days we treasured it...it seemed to merge into its layers creating new tastes, textures , aroma and sensation. Really really delightful.
Overall, not a cake but the work of someone who cared about...
Read moreI would have given less than one ideally. We just landed in Bangalore and this cafe was near the Majestic Railway Station. I had 4.8 ratings over Aminitri and Dolci. And we thought we would give this a try. We ordered an eggless brownie which was the only item that was ok. They didn't have the basic courtesy to even ask if it needs to be warmed up. First of all, it was not a bowl. It was a plate and the smoothie was not thick it was like Cold Flavored Rasam. Then came the major shock - the Buddha Bowl. If Buddha eats this bowl, he ll never come to Bangalore again for sure. It is jus plain vegetables cut and served. They don't even give proper spoons. They don't have water bottles. Utterly...

I tried their hazelnut brownie, tiramisu and the signature mini chocolate cookies. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do.
What really stood out was the attention to detail—not just in the food, but in the presentation and service. It’s clear that this place is passionate about both quality and customer experience.
Highly recommend this cafe for anyone who loves authentic European-style patisserie with a modern twist. Enjoyed our visit & definitely...
