Really liked this place for its food and service. We ordered a couple of items for a table of four. We were initially given a DIY bruschetta. It was a fun thing to do while we wait for our food. We didn't have to wait for the food long which is definitely a plus point. We ordered the Del Chianti chef recommended pizza, gnocchi, involtini di pollo, pollo alla cacciaatora and ravioli. We started with the involtini di pollo four pieces of circular fried chicken with basil leaves and sundried tomatoes in the centre. The pizza was good as well with its pesto chicken and mozzarella cheese. The ravioli was interesting with its butter parmesan sauce. Polla alla cacciaatora was chicken curry of sorts served with rice which was given chicken roast taste. The gnocchi and cheese combination was yummy too.
The place was empty on a Sunday 8pm but it quickly filled up with time. Good vibes and place...
Read moreHad the misfortune of dining at Chianti restaurant in Ecoworld, and I must say, it was one of the worst Italian food experiences I've had in India. The taste was atrocious, and I'm still wondering what went wrong.
We visited for lunch, but the experience was marred by poor service and ambiance. The staff was understaffed, and to make matters worse, the AC seating area was closed because they were cleaning inside, so we had to sit outside. Not exactly the most pleasant experience.
The wine cocktails were a complete scam - overpriced and undrinkable. The dessert was also a disappointment, lacking the sweetness and flavor one would expect.
Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Chianti. The food was subpar, the service was poor, and the overall experience was disappointing. Unless they revamp their menu, service, and ambiance, I'd say avoid this place...
Read moreA nice little Italian restaurant tucked away in a corner inside the RMZ Ecoworld. The place has really grand interiors with perfect lighting and comfortable seating.
Food was appetizing and flavourful to say the least. Ordered a couple of appetizers and they were very enjoyable. Had a Pizza and Lasagna in main course and these dishes too were of a high standard. Finally, had a Tiramisu for dessert and that provided us with a perfect ending to our meal. All the dishes tasted fantastic and were served in good portion sizes as well.
Ambience as mentioned is extremely grand and impressive. Feels like you've been transported to Italy. Pricing and service are satisfactory and at par.
Anyone looking for a fine dine Italian restaurant in Bangalore can definitely consider Chianti to fulfill their Italian...
