The cafe at museum road is fantastic. The one at Race Course Road is meh. If the Race Course Road was my only visit I would have given single star. Greek salad was fruit salad, maybe they ran out of cucumber and onions and lettuce. The chicken and tomato risotto was sour as hell and awful. The service was below par. After the wonderful servers at museum road the lady who served us seemed just…. Weird. Asked us if we need glasses when we asked for water or three menu cards when we were three people, didn’t even set the table for three and when we asked for cutlery her remark was (instead of an apology or even acknowledgment that of the miss) ‘how many do you need’. Duh….. give us the basics without asking stupid questions. We regretted not going to Brik Oven or Starbucks or Misu next door. Go to museum road but give the Race Course Road outlet a miss

We took two chocolate walnut muffins which were fluffy and yum.. Cappuccino was below average. There's a LOT of options for pastries/cookies/macaroons/cakes/Tres leches. Limited food options are there that too predictable ones. Cleanliness really needs attention- chairs were dirty with food stains, glass was coming out from the table top and felt dangerous with sharp corners with food stuck underneath. Tiles on the floor had spaces in between (as per the design) though dirt was stuck. The staff is polite but perhaps not properly trained. Overall if I'm going out for a coffee etc if rather go to any other cafe where atleast I'll feel uplifted with more people/music/fun. Mostly very few people come so no issues with parking also. Can go here once in a while for an outing where you have limited time.

We came here for coffee, and found the ambience to be quite relaxing. The complex has outdoor seating in an air conditioned environment, and they had live music when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. They have a wide selection of food and beverages in the menu. Cafe Mocha was good, but we had to request for some additional chocolate syrup socks it was closer to a cappuccino when served. Would like to return and try out some other mains and desserts.

It's a big thumbs down 👎. The non veg club sandwich is soggy with soaked bread some tomato and mushy chicken, no egg, no proper seasoning - yuck. The farm house pizza - so so ( one would expect much better from a restaurant rather than 4 florets of broccoli and a whole lot of tomato sauce and cheese with jalapeños, - trust me a shiv sagar pizza is way way better, . Chicken steak - under cooked rubbery pc of chicken . So disappointed. One would not expect this kind of sub standard quality from Zed. The Coffee was ok, butter croissant ok and French fries ok. But when u spend 600- 700 per head one does expect some level of taste and quality. Please don't waste your money and time coming here. It s just not worth it. Oh and lastly the pink lemonade- lots of soda , 2 teaspoons of raspberry squash and no lemon so big no no . Overall my Sunday is spoilt by wrong choice of...

Spoiled Tres Leches Served — Very Disappointing Experience

We visited Zed the Baker and ordered a tres leches cake. Before ordering, we specifically asked the girl at the counter if the cake was fresh, and she confidently said yes. Unfortunately, the cake was spoiled — the taste and smell made it very obvious from the first bite. When I informed them right after tasting it, they checked and then quietly replaced it with a fresh one. However, the same staff member who served it was turning away and avoiding eye contact, which made the situation feel even worse.

To make matters more upsetting, I’m not feeling well after consuming a bite of that spoiled cake. Food safety should be taken seriously — this is unacceptable, especially for a reputed brand like this. Please check your desserts thoroughly before serving, and train staff to respond responsibly and...
