Taxes by Burger King = ₹3.5 Taxes by Zomato =₹37 Taxes by Swiggy =₹38.6

Can you tell me why the offline purchase of a Burger is about 50₹ cheaper than online order? Does the restaurant decide both the menu prices and taxes or is it the apps (Zomato and Swiggy)? I already emailed but they aren't replying even after reading it, so unethical and unprofessional.

Great taste for this pricing. Chicken here is far far better than McDonald and Domino's

I found that if they change your order to incorporate a combo meal they don't inform you. They should. But the meal they give includes your order plus new stuff within the same amount.

They should provide proper menu here on...

So on seemingly lazy tuesday. Got to work and post a call had to grab a quick bite before next call.. So burger King hot wings was the choice.. And chose 4 piece for 150 was it and guess no fry only bake was available.... So took the bake... And they gave 4 small wings half cooked and raw...

The staff was of the opinion that cook time is 3 mins for a bake... Wingss

Anyone who knows his/her grill knows to grill good wings it needs to be on good heat for a good texture...

Good ol burger King feels 3 mins is good for great bake wings... You are so wrong burger King those bake wings you serve are half cooked sad wings...

So folks next time you eat those 3 mins bake wings you are eating a 3 min sushi ( raw still)

So this was a - star ⭐ experience and wasted...

I recently ordered from Burger King through Zomato, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The cold drink in my order was completely leaked, which spoiled the French fries and Choco Lava Cake, making them inedible.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the outlet to address the issue, the staff member, Ganesh, responded very rudely and even disconnected the call. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service standards.

I have always enjoyed Burger King's food, but this experience has been disappointing both in terms of product quality and service. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their packaging and train the staff on better...
