We visited burger King located near Arun medicals - Jalvayu vihar signal. We keep changing between McDonald's in the same road and Burger King due to taste differences or We get bored of 🍔. This visit was unpleasant more than last visit. Yesterday 19-Niv-2021 approx 7 pm we visited and we saw all gents staff. First issue, The person behind counter said "Only Cash". This was shocking because I had none with me. Rather I had multiple ways to pay...Credit card, debit card, Google pay and Paytm. But none of this was accepted. No reasons given. It was like get out if you don't have cash. I am with my family and kids. I pulled out cash which I had kept for another purpose, because I can't let my daughter go out without a burger. Second issue, these boys behind counter were only having talks, fun and discussions...none were serious to attend customer nor get the order ready. I believe, there is a SLA for delivery of orders with all these multinational brands. Forget SLA....these people didn't even have gloves nor head cap... on deeper observation. Oh god ! How unhygienic. They just don't know how to keep there hands clean in front of customers. Also, so many boys and it's difficult to know who is preparing the burgers or fries and who is simply visiting a friend who is working in this store. Finally, my number changed to order ready. The best part is I was the only customer who placed order followed by another lady and daughter who came later. Yet I waited for long. I went to counter and one staff says go back and sit, we will call you. I said what is the display for because my number changed to order READY. There are parking issues on that road and these staff delay beyond normal wait time. Finally we walked out with our burgers. When will this management wakeup ? Read moreExtremely Disappointing Service at This Outlet This has been the worst outlet I've ever visited. The night staff is completely unhelpful, and our orders are consistently messed up. We have ordered through the Burger King app multiple times, and every time there has been an issue—add-ons missing and no refunds provided. Most recently, we ordered a 15-piece bucket of chicken, which was never delivered. We had to go to the outlet to pick it up ourselves. Despite calling the store numerous times, the phone was always switched off. On another occasion, we placed an order via the app at night, but after an hour with no updates, we went to the outlet only to find they hadn't even started preparing our food. They said that the delivery guy picked up the order, after further enquiry they mentioned that the delivery guy didn't pick it up. They keep making up stories. We also mentioned that the phone was off, but when we arrived, they switched it on and pretended it was working. It’s become a pattern that we always have to pick up our orders in person. Despite numerous complaints, nothing seems to improve. Burger King, please look into the staff and service at this outlet. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for this...
Read moreI recently visited Burger King at for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find that they now offer online payment options, a significant improvement from my previous visits 3-4 months ago. On those occasions, cash was the only available payment method. Upon entering, I attempted to order through the self-service kiosk, but the staff informed me that the Chispy Chicken Burger was unavailable, with only veg options remaining. Although disappointed, I understood and proceeded with my order. The food quality and taste were exceptional, and I have no complaints regarding the culinary experience. Burger King's standards were upheld, and I enjoyed my meal. However, I did notice a significant drawback: the lack of air conditioning or fans on both the ground and top floors. The absence of cooling made the dining experience somewhat uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the restaurant's maintenance and hygiene were impressive. The washroom was clean and well-maintained, demonstrating attention to detail.
