Burger King — Restaurant in Bengaluru

As soon as you enter they will make you feel you are invited. This is everytime without fail not one of those odd days.Now they take orders only on app. If you try to ask something they have blank face and no answer.

After waiting for sometime on counter I asked if someone will come on counter. Then they bother to inform only app order will be taken.

Well installed another app on my phone which I don't want. But kids wanted to eat burger and this was the only closest else would have backed out and never return.

Tables were not cleaned. Its 30 mins now since I entered shop. Its like they don't care. If customer needs he will clean it and sit.

If it's not available for done, there should be clear instructions so that we don't enter this place. I am watching everyone who ordered getting anxious due to delay in orders and lack of communication and respect for customer.

Well I am anxious to but I chose to write story of weekend evening spent at place which look like road side tapry where you somehow eat pay and get lost.

40 mins and we have message on app food will be prepared shortly. The same message that was at the start of order. So if don't want customer to dine. Order should be delivered fast so that the are spared with this endless wait and hostile and horror treatment.

Or simple board at gate. We only entertain deliveries. Whoever comes for dine will not be entertained.

And meanwhile swiggy took hundreds of order. Finally I asked if I will get order today. Then someone asked my name and told me to wait for few more minutes. I was glad someone spoke with me and addressed my query

And got my order. Seems need better management. Employees looked exhausted and overworked.

Got the ordered ate and time...

Although the ambience and general cleanliness is good, one issue that I faced need to be highlighted! I had taken a veg burger meal and the sales staff on the counter asked me weather the burger should be served with a slice or two slices of cheese. Since I don't like cheese in burgers, I asked if it was mandatory and she (sales staff) said YES-IT IS is and thus I HAD TO GO for it. I was given the order and when I checked the bill, observed that Rs 20/-was charged for a slice of cheese, I went back-obviously unhappy and asked the reason for the sales staff to lie to me since if the cheese slice was mandatory, it should have been incorporated in the burgers price! The sales girl, upon inquiring, flatly refused saying that she never said that taking cheese was mandatory-now, this was a blatant lie and hence I called the manager who asked to return the burger so that the cheese slice can be taken out!! They served me, the "operated upon" burger again and none of the people-both sales staff and the manager had the courtesy to say sorry!! This probably showed that they have this culture of lying to customers and hence never felt the need to say a courteous,...

During my recent visit to Burger King on Sarjapur Road, I decided to try something different and opted for the Taco Veg Meal. I must say, it was a pleasant surprise!
