I'm a regular guest at here, previous service was very good, the staff ladies were kind and hospitable,now there is some new girl I think she has newly joined .who doesn't know how to behave with guests, she has no manners at all, cant prepare simple cappuccino,she behaved with me very arrogantly, i had asked for a glass of hot water she replied angrily machine is not working,i said thts fine then I asked for regular water she took years to give,I had to collect it from the counter, even when there is no rush or guests, she behaving like guests are unwelcomed,just because I like this place I'm coming regularly , first month I was not minding her silly behavior,i thought she is new, but this time she got on my nerves, just can't tolerate the negative vibes she gives, atleast inform her to change her behavior or train her,...
Read moreI had a very bad experience in CCD. I ordered for a chocolate cake and was given something stale and so hard. It wasnt fresh at all. It was spoilt. When I told the person at the counter, she (Spoorthi ) was very rude and thats said thats how it is and will not exchange it for anything else nor will give a refund. She was very stubborn and had zero customer experience. We asked her to call her manager and she just wouldn’t. After 45 mins of arguing also. She just didnt bend. Would rate her service as a big zero and would never want to go back to the place for the kind of people they hire. Later after endless calls she agreed to change the product for a frappe and also asked us to pay the difference. She was very firm about we give her money. Read moreWorst customer service from the staff. Cleaner says she’s the manager and thy demand for double bill every time we make an order. The system wont accept the single order is what the cleaner sorry manager says. And the way they answer is very rude as if thy r giving us the coffee for free. Arent we paying them they are getting paid in our amount. I suggest that the cleaner sorry manager should be fired and replaced with better.
