I am very sad about the staff (Archana) behaviour which is unexpected. Me and frndz went to discuss something and in deep discussion we forgot to order and while going we asked them to bill with some cookies and something. I totally understand itz their business but you guys should know how to behave in public. There is manner to ask or say. Archana the staff pinpointed me in front everyone and saying things. We were in hurry to go somewhere. All we were asking is tell me the amount how much we have to pay for the time we sat and discussed. All 3 are asking her, even my frndz requested but she was keeping discussion so active by arguing and pinpointing instead of behaving well. Groom well before getting into this job. Read moreMy experience was not good at this place. I used to go daily after dropping my kid to school and work there for two hours. The lady incharge (praveena) is not at all nice , doesnt take any order untill it is 9:30 AM . One time i went to order she told she is busy and will come to take the order at my place ,but didnt come only . One time i asked her to reduce to turn off the volume of speaker for a few minutes so that i can attend a meeting, but she refused . I felt unfreindly there .It was not like that i was freeloading there ,i used to order a coffe or hot choclate . I compalined to her manager and after that stopped going there ,since i dont feel comfortable there. Also thier internet connection is down from alomost two months and nobody repairs it . Basically, you took what we returned, and sprinkled a few tomato and onion pieces. One among our group had already eaten half of it, so they gave only half of the "correct" order. Which again is not correct because it doesn't even look like what's on the menu.
So very poor service, order accuracy, hospitality.
The person at the counter had to make 3 to 4 call to to someone, probably the boss or original staff to make sense...
