To management, There is something off here at this branch. I am your regular customer (you can check my credentials). Issues found at indiranagar branch- It never looks welcoming. Whether it's crispy chicken or barbeque chicken , it always looks like it has been there since morning. The texture itself seems not eatable. (Barbeque chicken looks dry, faded and crispy looks soggy as it has been since quite a long time ) Not all but few staff seem on notice period, doing things without excitement. Whether they are putting rajma or crispy chicken, they simply throw it in the bowl. Does not seem interested enough to make a bowl. I have been a regular customer at HSR branch, and i have seen how diligently they do their job . All happy and make it beautifully. Today i observed, one staff who was making bowl, she poured crispy chicken in her bowl and it was less than the usual, when objected by the customer (when she mentioned she is a regular customer) , the staff added little bit more. Even i am regular, i know how less it was.

To be honest, this was the third time , i went there after a while and it was not welcoming at all. HSR outlet is always welcoming ( may be bkz of the staff n interior) But indiranagar needs your attention, kindly see what is wrong.

Personally, California burrito is one of the best fast-food chain restaurants in Bengaluru. The place caters to Mexican food and offers several options. The dish I would recommend is the rice bowl. The rice bowl is available in two sizes namely regular and mini. The rice bowl is very filling and worth the price.{I would recommend the regular size rice bowl as it comes with several options and toppings and is very filling - also worth the price}. The restaurant has a neat ambience with peppy music. Apart from burritos and rice bowls, the place also offers snacks that are cheaply priced and the staff was also extremely friendly.
