Oh, where do I even begin with my delightful experience at Chhayos? The staff there must have a Guinness World Record for being the most baffled individuals in the hospitality industry. It's a place where ordering a cup of tea feels like signing a peace treaty with three countries simultaneously – a solid 15 minutes of diplomatic negotiations in an empty store.
Their specialty seems to be the 'Tea That Looks Like Milk with a Hint of Coloring'. Innovation at its finest, right? And let's not forget the bill; it's like hunting for a unicorn – you hear about it, but it's impossible to find.
But oh, the price! They've elevated the art of charging exorbitantly for something that barely resembles tea. It's like paying for a Ferrari and getting a rickshaw with racing stripes.
You know what's truly impressive, though? Ask them a question, and you're met with the most bewildered expression as if you've just asked for directions to Narnia. And if by some miracle you decide to cancel your order, be prepared to witness the staff mourning the lost opportunity as if it's the end of their world.
In summary, if you're seeking both abysmal service and a remarkable lack of tea at a tea place, Chhayos is the absolute dream destination for you. Cheers to their magnificent blend of disappointment and overpriced milk...

Their actions demonstrated that kindness and humanity come first, and I witnessed that in its purest form today. Kindness is contagious, and the Chayos team reminded me of that. Thank you for your thoughtfulness—you truly made a difference! God...

Edited: you are giving a worst automatic reply to everyone over here. I am pretty sure won’t resolve the problem or you will check the problem. Later or soon people will walk away from you. Here people are waiting but the ones who completed their tea still sitting for hours in rush hours. Why can’t people just go after having, sitting and gossiping for sometime is fine but for hours is it necessary while others are waiting. Respect for others or else close it or get ready to...
