Dock 66 — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We are regular customers at Dock 66, but on 8th October we faced the worst and most disrespectful behaviour from the staff and manager. We waited for almost 2 hours, and they finally refused to serve us alcohol without any reason. The manager was arrogant and rude, showing no respect at all. This kind of treatment towards regular customers is unacceptable and shameful. We will be taking legal action regarding this incident.

We were only three members, and there was no violent fight or any major disturbance caused by us. We were only having a heated conversation among friends, nothing more. The claim about property damage and violence is entirely false. Regarding the car damage - there was no dent or major damage caused by us. Only a small amount of food had accidentally fallen on the car, and this has been exaggerated in the review. It's shocking that Dock66 has deleted the review after speaking to the person, which is non-compliant and unethical. While the Tandoori mushroom, Chicken Kebabs, and Tawa fish fry were satisfying, there is room for improvement.
