This place has newly opened and looking at good reviews, decided to give it a try for dinner. The ambience was good. The seating arrangement is on the floor in small cottages or gazebo with low height dining tables. They have mattresses and cushions to make the seating comfortable. They also have place to keep the footwear. I was wearing shoes, so this seating arrangement causes some inconvenience to wear the shoes & socks to go for the post-meal hand wash. So, better avoid wearing shoes if going for floor seating. However, there are a few regular tables also available.
We ordered Chicken Shorba and Mandi. Being 2 adults and a child, we ordered Half based on waiter's recommendation, but that was bit too much and we ended up packing the leftover ( he missed packing the accompanying gravies though). Mandi is traditionally eaten by multiple people in single shared plate but then they do give individual plates. However the size of the table is bit too small to accommodate the Mandi and additional plates. The cottages have open sides so there is absolutely no privacy. Now comes, the best part, which is the food. The food was superb. The shorba and Mandi, both were good. We had ordered a non spicy Mandi and that was very tasty. The chicken was cooked well. The accompanying gravies were also excellent. The desert, Khubani Ka Meetha was also good.
Costing around Rs. 850, it seems decent. Parking available at the complex. Bathrooms are not well maintained, especially for such a new restaurant.

Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this restaurant. In the past, we were frequent patrons of this establishment. However, our recent orders through Zomato have been nothing short of disastrous. Our Mandi order lacked dry fruits, and the vegetable curry was dripping with excess oil. We chalked it up to unfortunate circumstances, assuming this was just an anomaly.
However, hoping for a better experience, we decided to visit the outlet today. Our optimism quickly turned to shock and frustration. We ordered a simple vegetable clear soup, only to receive a reheated concoction a staggering 25 minutes after we placed the order. Despite multiple follow-ups, the soup was lukewarm at best. And that wasn't the end of our ordeal.
Our vegetable Mandi arrived after an additional 10-minute wait, and it was soaking wet. To make matters worse, the mushrooms were practically raw. The culmination of these issues led us to approach the manager to voice our concerns. Much to our dismay, the manager displayed an utter lack of interest in addressing our grievances.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this experience. As a vegetarian, I wholeheartedly advise against patronizing this restaurant. If similar issues extend to non-vegetarian dishes, I can only imagine the level of dissatisfaction they might cause. I can only hope that others who have faced such problems will also speak out, in the hope that the restaurant might take steps to improve their service in the future. They asked us to wait for 15-20 mins but we waited for an hour. After that we had below conversation:
Customer: We have been waiting for an hour, please arrange a seat. (We went to the reception only when we saw a table getting empty)
Barkaas Worker: There's no place
Customer: We have been waiting for an hour
Barkaas Worker: Kya kare sir
Luckily we saw the owner. Hoping he would help to get the management better
Customer: Requesting for seat
Barkaas Owner: You have to wait half an hour
Customer: Its already been an hour and now another half hour. You must have told before the approx waiting time. From 15 mins to 90 mins is a huge gap
Barkaas Owner: Made annoying faces. It will take another half an hour. You may leave if u want else wait
Customer: Better to leave
We noticed below messes while waiting at reception:
Proper annoucement was not made. As waiting area was very small, people were waiting outside but announcement was made only inside
Larger group of people were given priority over less number of people, no matter if u came first
The people who went before us, even they had to wait a lot for the waiters
People who booked online, even they had to wait
Online orders were messed. Only half of someone's food was delivered
Some of the dishes were even over.
Note:
Atleast they should know how to talk to customers. When owner don't know how to handle customers then what to expect from employees.
Looks like they may perform good with less customers (assumption) but when customers increase, they surely messed badly. Go at your own risk on...
