Very very worst experience ever👎🏻👎🏻I have never seen this kind of pathetic customer service ever in Domino's 😞😞 Yesterday (3/5/2025) I visited Domino's which is located in Park square Mall It was not at all crowded.....When I went to order the staff in the counter asked me to order from app because she was busy in phone and was not ready to take order .... I saw many customers going back.... 1 person came with her aged mother he was trying to order but the girl were not ready to take order and specially on weekends there was hardly 3 staffs were in the store.... 2 girl were in kitchen side and 1 girl was standing in counter and shouting on someone through phone call... We almost waited for 1 hour to get our order (we ordered through app ) Pizza was very dry and I couldn't feel the Domino's Pizza every bite was like eating some dried atta and garlic bread was pathetic Pepsi was not chill even she gave it from refrigerator After my turn I saw a girl was trying to buy a Pepsi but the staff asked her to order from app that too she won't accept online order which comes after 3pm how stupid is that........ That girl waited like more than an hour for her order..... It feels very bad the Domino's are not taking care of their staffs properly or couldn't manage them properly..... I ask thoso girls to work atleast genuinely for the salary they are getting..... If they keep on sending all their customers back, in future they will close the branch and move on..... My humble request is please keep a proper manager to this...

After a very long time 2+ years thought to have pizza. So visited Domino's at nexus neighborhood mall. To start with Most of the items in the menu was striked out. Luckily there was a section for chicken lovers. So I ordered double spice chicken with a 100% thin wheat crust at an extra charge When I got the order and opened the box I was surprised to see a non veg masala paapad. (Never knew Domino's had masala paapad in their menu) the total cost of the order was Rs.379/- and I immediately realised this is my biggest mistake of the year so far.

It took 15 mins to prepare the order and it took only 3 mins for us to finish it (2 mins laughing out loud looking at the order and what if I had ordered a medium or large + 1 min to eat). There was bunch of ladies taking selfies in the next table and they thought I was laughing at them. I showed the order and they thanked me as they were about to order from Domino's. Disappointment at its peak. I rushed to KFC next to it to order a burger meal (cost much lesser than what I paid you) to satisfy my stomach.

Next time when I have thoughts of eating Pizza i will make one at home. Domino's FYI, you are not making anything that nobody else can't make. Every item in your menu can be done at home at a much lesser cost.

The delivery took 45 mins though it was only 10-15 mins from home. Delivery guy gave Rs. 300 discount, but one hour later, we got a call demanding the amount back ! We agreed to return because the time guarantee does not apply to more than five items (though it was 2 pizzas and 4 small sides equivalent to 1 pizza).

The manager talked like we forced the guy to offer the discount. After politely agreeing to return the money, I requested a general explanation for delay. He said 'Since 30 min guarantee does not apply to bulk orders, we do not care about the order completion time for such orders.' The poor delivery guy told us that the manager will blame him for delay, and deduct the money from his salary. However, the tracker showed that it was cook's fault.

2 stars for only preparation and taste. Delivery and professionalism...
