Have visited this place 4/5 times but today was the worst experience. It has been more than 5/8 minutes and no one even answered the bill desk, though all of them saw I was standing there to order. None of them are wearing gloves, when asked where is the non veg kitchen he showed the last 2/3 bowls are non veg but the female staff who was making a pizza was not taking any consideration and segregating the toppings with the same hand - not even washed it once. Upon asking one of the male staff why he is not wearing gloves he told he is off his shift but working, his hands were full of dough and he just dusted it off near the workplace. The moment we questioned about the behaviour, the manager walked in but did not even have the courtesy to apologise on behalf of his staff. They continue to do the same. I wish I could give Minus 10 rating for them. I am definitely not going to order from this store ever again or any Domino's outlet for that matter. I tried calling them 100 times to place an order nobody answered the call. Finally I was forced to order online which showed that my order will be delivered in 30 minutes. The store is hardly 3 kms from my home. It was well over 30 minutes and my order was not even picked by the delivery boy so I again tried contacting the store and again no one answered the call. I had to get help from Chat support on Zomato to resolve the matter. Finally after 1 hour my order came and forget about giving your money back he was not even sorry. When I asked for the Chilly Flakes and Seasonings the boy replied we don't give Tissues, Chilly Flakes and Seasonings anymore. All these days I always chose Domino's Cheese Burst Pizza's over any other brand nut now it's time for a CHANGE. DOMINO'S...

Pathetic service.....specially the home delivery.....It's too slow....They never respond to calls....Rude behaviour .....The app does not track the order status, must hire a decent CTO and restraunt manager.......The restaurant manager Mr. Sridhar is very rude. I placed the order at 8:40 PM AND there was no sign of delivery till 10:00 PM. I called the support no. Since the restaurant no. Was not reachable at least 3 times but there was no answer for my order and even they could not connect with the restaurant manager. Then I went to the restaurant at 10:40 and asked about it but the restaurant manager was not there and they told the are preparing my order now.
