Really great experience. Absolutely loved wasting my time for half baked garlic bread and barely edible pizza . The manager was really sweet while telling my order will be late and compensated me with more waiting time. Would definitely recommend if you’ve got money to waste and love having to visit the doctor for gettting your guts screwed up

Always the best pizza in town. Cheese bursts are not always necessary. If you are a cheese lover, don't be. Not good for your health. You can try the desserts as well, they are good. The only suggestion for the taste of the pizza is that it needs to be more spicy. Because without the chilli flakes and oregano, it doesn't have any spiciness to it.

I asked them to give normal base but staff was arguing like there is no normal base and she gave pan base and also thr was also bubble in bbq pizza and there no onion on one slice......very very dispointed

I ordered burger pizza. They told me to come after 15 minutes. I came back after 5 and was standing there the whole time. When I enquired, afterwards, they said that they had announced my name earlier and I was the one at fault. Bad service

Worst delivery experience ever. We ordered a pizza, but the delivery person is calling us and saying that he can't come to our stop and he was saying us to come to the stop which he said.

Think sales is more for Domino's here. They do not want customers. Rude behaviour by the staff. Not recommended.

This is to bring into your notice that Ms Rukmini the person who took order in dominos pizza outlet at RMZ mall in Bangalore dated today (bill attached for your reference) was very very very rude to me. As per the bill we ordered for pizza mania cheesy and one pepsi bottle of half litre. They have also billed sachet of ketchup which was not informed to me not it was given at the time of delivery. It was billed at 1:30 and I received without ketch up at 1:50pm

When my son (9 year old) went to collect he has asked for Pepsi can which was given by the manager there but I had booked got bottle Pepsi which means they gave wrong order just because my kids asked. When I went to tell them to replace, Ms Rukmini interfered and spoke very rudely as if the mistake is our. Just because the kids something will you provide something which is not billed. And she is so rude so rude I really wonder how a company like yours took her employment. She can be a potential harmer both for the customer. I am sure she is not an asset but a liability given her temper towards customer. Instead of rectifying her mistake sure was pushing the by being rude and using defaming tone towards customer. I really want an explanation towards this kind of harassment done to me and my son in front of whole public. I want to know the actions taken towards this at the earliest. I am ready to go for the consumer court.

I am surprised to see similar experience reviews for this particular outlet while I thought it was once in a while mistake wow. Got hand tossed size crust when I ordered Cheese Burst. I frequently order from Domino's app & am well aware of the different crust sizes. This was 1st triggering point of a customer feeling being cheated on but yet we continued eating waiting for garlic bread. While taking the order, executive himself asked if I wanted normal or stuffed to which I replied stuffed. After waiting for 15 minutes for garlic bread & finishing pizza, to our surprise, we received normal garlic bread to which executive replied that he billed the normal one. 15 minutes to bake garlic bread & what we received was half baked garlic bread again with unusual size as compared to size which we get when ordered online. Looking at the previous reviews, I don't think these are once in a while mistakes but direct scam with customers with brand Domino's. Strict action & attention needs to taken on this particular outlet so that customers are not dissatisfied even after paying righful amount but such...
