I had ordered from the Domino's app. The app had selected this store. The delivery boy named Rocky Ram came for the delivery. He called me to say that he couldn't come to my location. I informed him on how to reach my place but he refused to come and deliver. I told him that i would be coming and picking up from him as the route that he couldn't find was the same route that i travel to my office. After leaving my apartment on the way i found him coming exactly how it showed in the navigation. Upon asking him why he isn't following the navigation he says he won't use it and it's not his area to deliver. He shouted at me that i am ordering from the wrong restaurant and i should not be doing so. I had ordered from the app and the app selected the restaurant! Upon asking him to calm down he started again raising his voice not accepting his mistake. I then without taking the order from him went to the store to talk to the manager on duty. While talking to the manager on duty , the delivery boy came outside and started again raising his voice in front of the customer and outside people cursing me in his own language and asking me to speak in his language. He came very close to me and was about rage with his anger. Luckily the manager and the other staff sent him off inside the store. This is the worst experience I have ever had with your team. I had the absolute worst experience at the Domino's outlet in Sherwood, Basavanagar. This place is a disaster! I ordered a Farmhouse pizza, and the billing process was nothing short of a scam. The staff(Gopi R) showed me a lower amount on the screen, and then suddenly, they demanded a higher amount, claiming it was my mistake. Instead of simply adjusting the remaining balance, they(the outlet head and Gopi R) forced me to pay the difference, promising that the initial payment would be refunded within 7 working days. This kind of deceitful practice is outrageous.

To add to the frustration, they didn’t even give me a bill or a bill number. They told me I’d receive a message on my phone within 10 minutes, but that never happened. When I went back to ask, they pretended like they had been calling out my bill number for 5 minutes—except they never gave it to me in the first place! When I confronted them about it, they panicked and just shoved the pizza into my hands, practically pushing me out the door.

This outlet is a complete joke. The staff is either completely incompetent or deliberately trying to rip off customers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to step foot in this place unless you enjoy being scammed and disrespected. Avoid this Domino's outlet...
