I m writing this for K F C store manager, 12- 06-2024 Time afternoon 3:20 , I was ordering some stuff by self the time proceed one girl staff her name harshi something came near me and asked mam is this cash or upi I said cash, next she said to me mam you don't proceed, I will do that you just go to counter and pay I will send ur order to counter system. And I went to counter another girl her name anu she was in counter and harshi came to counter both discussed N taken my amount 772, order was placed, but I dint get bill, anu asked me to wait 5 min you to get my order, on that time I asked Bill, she said mam please sit we will call u once order was ready again I asked my bill, on that time she was tension she said mam your bill missed somewhere, u have ur food we will give bill, she thought I will forget N I will go, after having food again I asked for my bill I should claim in my company, On that time one more lady staff entered she said she was manager all this three staff doing drama in searching dustbin, and they gave onebill that was 600 hundreds something bill that too Delevery bill. I question mam my bill was dine in you are giving delivered bill my company never accept this I said, I said I need at least duplicate copy bill of mine, they are not ready to give bill I said call ur manager on that time third entry lady said manager was not here, I said call him over phone or I will post about this. Then after this they ordered onthat N given bill. I ordered food in 3.20, But In my bill time is 4:20 something. store manager take action on that three ladies because without billing order they are giving food, and collecting money.

It has now been 28 days, and despite visiting the branch four times and contacting the manager, I still have not received my refund. This prolonged delay has not only caused me financial inconvenience but has also wasted my time and effort. I have not received any proper response or resolution from the staff.
I find this situation highly disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should not have to resort to legal actions to resolve such issues. I urge KFC management to take customer concerns seriously, improve their customer service, and ensure prompt resolution of issues like mine to avoid similar instances in the future.

So i stood in the store and placed an order on the website, to be picked up at the store. Then the server did pack my order and I just happened to check it. I had got only 6 wings n 6 strips. Rest were missing. I had not even left the store and they suspected that I had removed them. Then I had to show them the credit card receipt which had time on it. They took the bucket in. At least 4 employees checked it and everybody used their bare hands to touch the chicken pieces. They even tried to give me the same bucket that everybody had touched.
