Disappointing,  Disappointing. Disappointing...... I have been visiting this place from more that a decade now.. I always admired the food taste particularly shawarma rolls of this place and have also spread word of mouth to many people about this place... but today I went to buy shawarma roll and ordered 5 rolls, and noticed that they have reduced the quantity of stuffing. When I questioned about it they denied it, and the managers behavior was very bad... he replied saying that first they used to give wrong quantity and now they the corrected by reducing the quantity.. he was very rude.  When I said I was their loyal customer and I might stop coming here for his behavior he said "Agar Lena Hai ro lo warna chordo" like he isnt bothered to loose customers Heart broke... lesson learnt that these days there is no value for the loyalty... And this will be my last purchase from...

Now I understand why this outlet has so low rating, me and my husband went to buy whole grill chicken and clearly asked the boy who was seating in the billing counter we clearly asked him can you pack the whole chicken we dont want the chicken to be cut he said "yes you will get the whole chicken" we came back to home when we unpacked the chicken the chicken was cut into pieces and I call the restaurant the person started arguing, seriously you guys don't know to maintain good bond with customer, obviously i will not return the chicken but I was expecting they will listen and from future they will not repeat it, but here its totally different scenario, We pay you for the food which you prepare not for free pf cost. I visited Grills And Rolls on Saturday and had a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, my meal was compromised by an unwelcome guest - a cockroach! Yes, you read that right. I found a cockroach in my food, which was absolutely shocking and repulsive.

Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and lost my appetite immediately. The kitchen's lack of attention to detail and poor food safety standards are concerning. I hope the management takes necessary actions to address this issue and ensures a clean and safe dining environment for customers.

I hope the restaurant takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to rectify their mistakes. I would appreciate a response or a resolution...
