Booked this hotel hoping that i will get a peaceful stay and decent ambience. Was rewarded. The hotel itself does not boast big front-desk and in fact is a humble entrance. The room interior was however different and i liked it. Simple, elegant and functional. Sumptuous space inside and the wooden floor was superb look. The work desk was again functional. Not too happy with charge points near the bedside. that should be fixed.||||Breakfast was average and eatable, tea/coffee service was patchy. The area around also does not have restaurants that provide decent breakfast. I stayed in 403 and the room just next to me is 402. Rooms are not sound proof as one can hear everything clearly from one room to another. Even we can get cigarettes smoke from the other rooms. This needs to be fixed. I stayed there for 5 nights out of which 3rd&5th nights are terrible. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the sounds the guests are making and cigarettes smoke from 402.

Treebo Hotels need to fix this issue for this hotel to maintain their brand.

Room check in dates were not changed as spoken with the customer service. Arrived at 3am and checked out at 11.30am same day. Had requested an extra mattress which was not delivered. Had to pay extra 1000 INR for early check in when it was not my fault the date was not corrected. I only stayed there for 8 hours but was charged for 1 full plus 1000 extra. Absolutely ridiculously!! Receptionist was not friendly which was a huge discouragement. The commode in the bathroom was unclean. No breakfast was provided as mentioned in the package. No parking facility.
