Hoot,Hoot...Hoot all the way😎 WOW is the only one word I can proudly say about this god loving place.
The place just resembles one of the fine clubs in Bangalore with a seating capacity of around 300-350 pax. The ambience is set well and just lights up your senses.
The service is bit tardy at times but for the crowd they handle this aspect can be neglected(or can it be improved)

A cut in the cake resulted in the Choco lava flowing out and a scoop of ice cream adds to the joy. 2.Oreo Cheese Cake(with marine-Dana Boondi)-a typical infusion of the Oreo biscuit, cheese and the humble boondi laddu...great taste and presentation 3.Soft hearted Americano Tres-Leches:Good 4.Green Tea Tiramisu-One of the finest, healthiest Tiramisu tried so far... the green tea leaf infusion speaks great thinking of the chef who tries to create something out of the box... way to go chef. 5.Gulab Jamun Fudge Cake-the Cake was too burnt up,care to be taken here please 6.Floating Island-baked lemon Meringue in bed of custard yogurt: a beautiful well thought dish almost resembling a island and perfectly seeetened 7.Turkish Nutty Baklava-a humble puff like with dry fruits and nuts stuffed. Read moreThe place is hard to ignore yet deceptively invisible along the sarjapur road. It's a huge property and can cater to 300-350 ppl on a crowded weekend night.
Ambience - 5/5 Service - 4/5 Food - 4.5/5 Drinks - 4/5
We went on a afternoon Sunday brunch which had a decent amount of crowd for a weekend , yet I believe the service was kinda poor , I would still give them a chance as I felt the new place was still in the need of staff to help.
Appetisers
Chicken Dim Sum - Soft, cooked to perfection and well marinated stuffing Lahori Phool - if felt the broccoli flowers were well cooked but some part of the stem was yet to cook well. The dips that came with it was amazing has a good potential to be a good starter. Subz Ki Shami - Dahi ke kebab was light and tasty just as I like it. Malai Paneer Tikka - The paneer was cooked well and decent chutney as well. Eurasian King Prawns - This stood out among all the starters well marinated fried deliciousness. Palak Patte Ki Chat - I would recommend any vegetarians or non vegetarians to give this a try , this is unqiue and tasty. Nawabi Mutton Seek - well spiced minced meat , it could be a tad bit spicy for some ppl but well prepared. Big H Chicken Fingers - Fried chicken cooked to perfection , it's juicy and I served with tar tar sauce I would recommend to keep serving this with different sauces. Hunan Chicken - By far the delicious chicken starter among all I felt. American Buffalo Wings - as good as expected , tasted like the traditional buffalo wings Kachori - Traditional and awesome kachori reminded me of the good ones I used to have in Mumbai. Jamaican Jerk Chicken - well marinated chicken but kinda was dry to eat.
Main Course
Fantasia Pizza - well seasoned thin crust pizza with tomato , spices , paneer and cucumber makes u feel healthy and yet not too cheesy just the way I like it. Pork Pepperoni Pizza - Similar to the veg one this one was perfect as well , every bite was fantastic. Grilled Sicilian Chicken Breast - decent dish, but I felt it was a bit too garlicy for my pallette.
Desserts
Every desserts we tried stood out in it's own way. I would recommend people to try out the desserts when they visit for sure. Infused Chico Blast - Choco lava cake cooked so perfectly it's delight to see the chocolate pour put as cut through it. And sccop of ice cream adds a depth to the dessert. Oreo Cheese Cake - with crumble base gives it a unique texture to a already good dessert. Soft Hearted American Tres Leches : decent Green Tea Tiramisu : this is truly a genius Mastermind that worked behind this dessert , great to see some unique dessert in the menu. Floating Island : Lemon meringue with custard yogurt , it's delicate , beautiful and delicious. Turkish Baklava : Cooked to perfect sweetness you realise how rich this dish is when u take ur first...
Read moreIt is an experience to remember coming to Hoot. The place is magnificent. It has a microbrewery in house. It has cool sofas and a lot of tables spread across. I first spent some time enjoying the beauty of the place. As soon as you enter the place, you know you a part of a ever non-stop party vibe. I approached towards the live kitchen section where sizzling grilled starters were being prepared, crispy Nachos were getting deep fried and pizzas being baked in the brick oven. The aroma of the place was just getting better. I must also not forget to mention that they have really cool song playlist too. 😅 Now, it was time to order dishes and Oh Boy ! We ordered a lot. Here are some of the highlights that I would to talk about. . .
STARTERS . Lal mirch ka jhinga~ Crispy, spicy and along with the Indian BBQ sauce it was delicious. The presentation at Hoot India , I must say is on point. You feel the tempted to have anything that looks amazing. Good job guys ! . . Tandoori Panner Tikka ~ I loved how soft the panner was. The marination was so good. It is the best Panner Tikka I had. Period. . . Non-veg Kabab Indiana Platter ~ Again the platting was so beautiful. It was an assortment of 4 kababs like Chicken sausage, Chicken wings, deep fried chicken with 3 dips to treat your taste buds. . . Veg and Chicken Pizzas ~ It was thin crust pizza. Nothing special about it. Could have been better. . . Soya Bean Burger ~ The burger is hugh. It was delicious and with the French fries served in a caged basket it can surely fill your tummy. . . Tex-mex Jalapeno poppers ~ It was cheese balls with spices and dip to go with. I loved how crispy it was from outside and cheesy in the inside. Worth it.
MAIN COURSE . . Kashmiri mutton roganjosh ~ The mutton pieces were so tender and creamy. I simply loved it. We had this with Chur chur naan and with every bite I was cravy for more. . . DESERTS . . Chocolate Infused ~ Oh God, it was so good. After having so many starters and main course, the Choco cake with hot choco syrup inside along with a scoop of Vanilla icecream is one of the best combo you can think of. . . Cocktails ~
With a pro mix-o-logist in the house, you will never ever be more happy with the true blend of happiness he prepares. You will be spoilt for choices. Cocktails are definitely the highlights of the place and is a MUST try. . . The Best Man ~ It was an experience to have this cocktail. Very refreshing and the mixed spice rum just made my day. . . Custom-made Virgin Mojito with some Blue Curacao ~ Mix-o-logist himself prepared this blend on my demand. After having so many things this is best way to end the day. I loved it. Peroid.
