Kakal Kai Ruchi @ Konanakunte — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Pro's- 1- Great ambience. You will not feel it's just another casual hotel vibe. They even have a play area for kids. 2- Elegant Dining. Tables are well set up and seatings are comfortable. 3- Service was Good but was not upto the mark where you expect it from a restaurant of such quality. 4- Average Price. The price you pay here for the cuisines are average compared to any high end restaurants. 5- Simple & Unique Menu. The menu is not a typical list of the foods you find in any hotels and restaurants across Bangalore. It is simple and has choices of good cuisines. Give it a try and you won't be upset. Con's- 1- The service room is quite small compared to other restaurants of similar quality. 2- The menu had a few spelling mistakes of names of the dishes. 3- They won't have any sweets. so if you are in for a sweet delight beware! you might not get it. 4- The menu showed clear veg soup with lemongrass. but when I smelt I didn't find that soury sip of lemongrass. they miss ingredients in dishes. 5- The American Chopsey was a little bit on the sweet side...An authentic American Chopsey doesn't have that too sweet side. 6- The soup was thick. need a bit of improvement there. Overall it was an okay experience. 3/5 is not bad for this restaurant. Few of the dishes were amazing. They have romantic candle...

Worst food ever had....I have been to many times this place before on weekends and found good food there. But first time on weekdays like today and food was so stale especially Dal Makhani was stale and non-eatable, complained them twice, got same daal in 2 minutes after that... clearly told them this cannot be eaten, they just shamelessly smiled and non apologetic, charged me full for that, I just had one spoonful out of that. Even paneer wasn't that great but still manageable. They not only lost a customer but also this kind of review from a person whose apartment is one of the closest to this place and I will surely let as many I could in my apartment to save their day, money,...

Kai Ruchi is your typical South Indian fast food restaurant providing you with delicious food, I agree with that. The things that I disliked about this place was, the is a lot of crowd here and a lot less number of chairs for the people to occupy, secondly the food ordering system- everyone is highly confused as to what is to be done (the order has to be repeated multiple times before they can get it right) and lastly I would like to add that the staff there aren't particularly friendly to those are confused about their order (I mean, confusions occur especially when you have about 10 different types of dosas and everything almost has similar kind of names). So, I would give a 3 star rating just for the food. The food is fabulous here and do try the Onion Masala, it makes...
