Paakashala Prestige Falcon City - Sri Anantheswara Foods Pvt Ltd Fine Dine — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Paakashala, a known name is now in Prestige Falcon City- an exclusive restaurant for PFC residents and their visitors. Must try for South Indian items (yet to try other menu items here and will update accordingly)

We tried tea, masala dosa, and idlis, and to say all of the items were equally good, and this calls for another visit to try other items. Tea was strong, dosa was crispy and idlis were soft- what else do you need.

Restaurant is located in a such a place inside clubhouse that it gets to provide both indoor and outdoor seating. With this you get to enjoy beautiful pool side view from both the areas. Do visit during evening hours to enjoy sunset view along side swimming pool.

On the service part I would expect some improvements, as the servers were a bit impatient with the customers and in one instance, he brought us tea, and was so impatient to take away sugar container for other customer.

Also, they need to have better suction as a lot of cooking fumes can be smelled across inside seating area. This gets a bit uncomfortable at times.

And also I am missing pudi based idli and dosa here. Hope they add it to their menu.

Update: Had multiple other visits to try other items and wasn't disappointed at all

It would be good if they had sufficient manpower on weekend as we regularly visit on Sundays. Due to crowd the service might get a delay. But i would like to emphasize the fact that servers never loose patience or get out of their lane. Until the customer is finished with their feast, there is a constant check in between to ensure we are satisfied with our food. Being impressed by this experience. Yesterday all our friends & family members around 30 members had south meals being served. Daal holige was served hot & with perfect balance of softness. Most of the senior citizens enjoyed the meals as it was cooked with perfect temperature. We had breakfast today early morning. We made a prior reservation a day before. however it's hard to get booking on Sunday. Mr.shekar took the privilege to reserve table for 10 of us. When we came, the tables were reserved & hygienic. We had paper butter masala dosa & veg palav. As a dessert we tried pineapple kesari bath & jamon. The combination was delicious & the recommendations were impressive. At last we had oreo & Banana milkshake. Service was very well provided by courteous staff.
