Kapoor's Cafe in Marathahalli, Bangalore, is an absolute delight – a definite 5-star experience! The food there is just spectacular, and the ambiance is so inviting and comfortable. Yes, the prices are a tad high, but let me tell you, the portion sizes and the incredible flavors make it totally worthwhile. Our wait was about 15 minutes, but honestly, it felt like a blink because the place is so popular – and rightfully so. Ample parking space, impeccable cleanliness, and a convenient location add to the positive vibes. We decided to go all out on our order, trying a variety of items like Kadhai Paneer Combo Thali, Chole Bhature, Paneer Paratha, Cheese Chataka Balls, Lassi (both Dry Fruit and Normal Sweet), Chaas, and we even indulged in some paan – each dish was a burst of delightful flavors. What impressed us equally was the lightning-fast and incredibly friendly service. The staff genuinely seemed invested in ensuring our satisfaction. If you find yourself in Marathahalli and are craving top-notch food in a laid-back setting, Kapoor's Cafe is the place to be. I'm already looking forward to my next visit for another round of culinary bliss! 🌟

I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the food quality and quantity were both good, with a satisfying taste, my overall experience was far from pleasant. First, the seating area is just under a tin roof with fans—no air conditioning. It made the whole dining experience uncomfortably hot, especially in this weather. Second, the service left a lot to be desired. After placing the order on the table, the staff didn’t bother to serve it. To add to that, they didn’t even clear the used plates from the starters before bringing the main course, which made the table feel cluttered and unhygienic. Another surprising downside for a North Indian restaurant was that they didn’t have any tandoori items. This was unexpected and a disappointment given the cuisine they serve. For billing, you’re required to go to the counter, which becomes chaotic if you’re in a larger group. It’s inconvenient and makes the whole process unnecessarily crowded. In conclusion, I won’t be dining in here again. It might be a decent option for home delivery, but my dine-in experience was completely disappointing. - With this no service they charge service charge.

Kapoor Cafe, with multiple branches in Bangalore, including the one on Old Airport Road in Whitefield, might not be prominently visible from the main road, but its inviting glow board speaks volumes about its ambiance. Inside, the restaurant boasts proper Punjabi decor, offering a wide array of vegetarian dishes. The washrooms are well-maintained, and the overall ambience is pleasing. With comfortable seating and numerous Punjabi hoardings, the restaurant successfully brings the essence of Punjab to Bangalore. The staff is well-presented, polite, and soft-spoken, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. The food is delicious, especially the Chole Bhature, a popular choice. The Punjabi Maharaja Thali is a highlight, requiring at least four people to share and served with flair, with waiters donning pagdis and ringing bells as they bring it to the table. Complementing the meal are traditional offerings like saunf and gud. Parking is available at the rear of the restaurant, and prices are reasonable. Overall, Kapoor Cafe offers an awesome experience for Punjabi people in Bangalore, not just in terms of food but also culture and language.

Visited with family for the first time. Place is crowded. We had to wait. Food was good. Quantity was also good. Food was without color and preservatives to my understanding. Every one liked it.

Few thing for made me give less rating: Service was poor. They did not serve water gave us just empty glasses. Luckly we had carried water. We thought they do not give water as we looked around seeing other tables. When our water got over, when meal was almost finished, we enquired, then they gave water. Very basic stuff in service! They put just too much ghee in roti/lachha, it was dripping. May be its ok with many customer. We did not find it appealing. We had to drain the ghee out of laccha and wipe with napkin Out of 3 thali they served only two.. we had to wait for third one to arrive as we could not leaving my mother without food. I felt this was bad service manner, one should not serve half order. Again basic stuff in service Hygine issue A) there was small flies (not makhi) on the table B) table surface was bit sticky C) menu was very sticky.. it was giving awful feeling while touching it. It was very old and felt like not touching it D) To protect the food from fli we had to cover the food using the plate given. When the below portion of the plate was visible, we noted it was not cleaned, durts were acumulated on the round edges. Not sure how hygenic the kitchen was which is generally not visible...

Tasteless food and pathetic service, food quality has deteriorated drastically from the last visit. Chur chur parathas are scams here, its normal paratha partly crushed with hands. They dont have tandoor to make crispy chur chur parathas. We ordered sweet lime soda and when we received it there was no fizz, when questioned, the waiter defended it saying the fizz was there when it was made ( as if to say that the fizz goes out of soda in 60 seconds from kitchen to table ).In thali , curry was tasteless, dal was cold as if made few hours ago and then served directly. laccha rotis were thick rotis nothing else. Sakora curd is not even a set curd but normal dairy curd of inferior quality served in sakora. Ordered fried masala papad, got roasted but we did not complain. And their staff is unapologetic in the first place but they even go to the extent of blaming customers for cold food. Manager is clueless and the guy on the billing counter couldn't care less when you complain about the quality. His only job is to ignore the customer complain and keep collecting cash. Worst dinning experience. Visit only if you want to eat overpriced tasteless food and don't want to get value out of your hard earned money. If I had an option of rating them negative, I would be...

We visit this place regularly for last 3 years and this place amaze me for the delicious punjabi cuisine. So no wonder when we visited on a busy Saturday evening the place was crowded however we could get the table quickly in 5 min. I realised that this is due to the super fast service of the team there under the supervision of the owner uncle who always welcome with a warm smile. We ordered patiala lassi and new Gur Lassi ( made from Jaggery) , Rajma combo and the winter special punjabi dishes Makki ki Roti & Sarson Ki Saag. We got them served at the earliest time of less than 10 min ( despite the crowd I wonder how they were able to do this quick service ) The Gur Lassi was different with the original taste of Jaggery which they get from Punjab and the Patiala Lassi was awesome as usual. How can we have the punjabi cuisine without a Lassi ? The Makki Ki Roti was marvelous and taste the best made for each other along with Sarson ki Saag which had 100gms of Butter 😀. We enjoyed so much that we ordered extra Makki ki Rotis.. In short I wish that every Foodie should and must visit this place to experience their authentic taste of Best Punjabi cuisines. My trip to Bengaluru will never be completed without 1-2 trips to Kapoor’s cafe. They have ample Car...
