On previous trips, this place was run pretty well but I'm not sure what happened today.
I entered and went to the self-served kiosk. An employee then started to "Help". This defeats the whole purpose of a self-serve kiosk but okay, fine. No problem.
I enquired about the "Unlimited" Pepsi and I added my items but I'm informed that I cannot pay using the card machine. Why? No real answer. Just pay at the counter.
What about the items that I already added? The "Helpful" employee says that the counter will have the order.
Okay, I move on to the counter. The woman at the counter got our order wrong at least twice and had to be corrected.
She also says that she needed to "Add" the unlimited drinks even though the promo said that we get it along with the Zinger burger that we ordered.
All right, fine. As long as we get what we ordered.
Next she says to make the payment. But never set up the card machine. Before my transaction was completed she left to attend to other matters.
While this was going on, to my right, there were a number of delivery executives and they were in a shouting match with a manager.
The manager was yelling at them about a "COD" order. She kept saying that the delivery executive had taken a COD order, "Eaten it themselves" and demanded to speak to the food-delivery company.
I had enough and walked out.
Areas of improvement:
If your self-serve kiosk machines work, then let us use them. If they don't, then shut them down.
Don't have employees force themselves on customers next to the kiosk machines. If we need help, we will ask for it.
If we make an order and we are told to "Just pay at the counter" then make sure that is all we have to do. Do not have us play a game with another employee to see that the order is correct.
And the main thing, food service is a tough and terrible business. Things go wrong. Yelling is not going to make it better and if you have to yell, do not do it right next to customers who are in line at...
Read moreI like this KFC for many reasons. First, it's chicken everywhere! Chicken in any form is great taste! ;) It's completely psychological, it's a feel good factor; when I have a tummy full of KFC chicken, fried to its perfection, I get pretty good sleep! Try it out! ;) Are they putting some chemicals? No problem, I like that chemical, whatsoever! ;) ;)
It's near home, and chicken is my lunch, dinner, snacks, past time, hobby... Poor chickens! I just walk across the street, and have a bite- a big one at that! ;) After all, it's not a crime in India to eat chicken at this point of time! Is it?!! ;)
When there is no water at home, I go to the KFC toilet, use plenty of water! ;) Problem solved! :)
When my card company people send recovery agents, I take them to KFC, give 'em a bucket of chicken, make them happy, do not pay a pie more, no card payment, and then stroll back home, dancing! ;)
Sometimes when I go, I exactly know what item is not available, order that, take my seat, they get late, very late, sometimes half an hour at least, forget about me, get one or two colas free, sometimes even French fries free, use Wi-Fi, then they come and provide better offer, saying the original chicken ordered is not available. I'm okay with it, because why should I? It's same sitting at home, which is just a stone's throw away, or if I'm just sitting at KFC. ;) For some strange reason the staff loves me, and pampers me with the best!

We purchased a family meal and it was not at all good. The chicken pieces are currently very small which makes them extra oily. The secret recipe has been changed now as well. Why not simply rename the entire establishment. It's surely not Kentucky Fried Chicken any longer.
The Colonel would be irritated on the off chance that he saw what they are serving now. The cost is high yet the quality is low. Try not to waste your money.. I'm certain I will never order again. My request took 1 entire hour and the most exceedingly terrible part was the delivery fellow who's been inconsiderate and demanding for his tip despite the fact that he didn't deserve it at all and he finished it saying that he wish we will never order again. Well I guarantee you that we will never. Such a terrible service.
Moreover, this is not the first time.. Stay away from KFC No matter what. They take your cash. I brought a meal from KFC and when I returned home it had things missing and the discount I was intended to get was not applied so in the wake of reaching KFC the sent me an goodwill gesture I thought this was a joke and an insult.
