Food is good. When I placed my order, I made small changes to my order before the bill was finalised. The crew member who took my order mistakenly didn't remove one item and had it prepared.
I asked them to refund that one extra burger that they had billed as I had asked to cancel it and I had ordered for something else instead. Later the supervisor comes to my table and tells me that since it was already prepared, it won't be refunded. I told him that I didn't want it and it was an error at your end so they should refund. After some time, after discussing with the store manager, he came back with my money. Since I noticed their reluctance to refund, I asked him who would bear the cost of this? He said he and the cashier would. I asked to speak to the manager.
The manager approached me and said the same thing. He said that one of the employees will have to pay for that burger. I felt very uncomfortable with this situation. Errors do happen at work and in an FnB industry, the the product cost is much lesser than the price it's sold at, this is actually very unethical for a company to deduct close to 300 for a burger that would cost ten times less to the company.
I always ordered from Leon's Grill and often dined but if the company policy is extortion from its employees then I don't wish to be the person to give my business to...

Food (4/5) : We ordered a couple of chicken döner platters, a fish döner platter and a chicken döner salad. Presentation-wise, the food was impeccable. The chicken döner had slices chicken with 4 pieces of thoroughly-grilled pita bread, choice between french fries or rice and some salad topped with mayo and southwest sauces. It was indeed a wholesome platter. The fish platter had the same contents except for the sliced chicken. It instead had the grilled fish and was very well cooked. The salad though was a bit of disappointment as the sliced chicken didn't go really well with the veggies.
Ambience (4/5) : The outlet was pretty spacious and has a waffle factory in-built to cater to your sweet demands.
Service (3/5) : The time taken to get the food ready was really less, which is commendable but it tool 10 mins for them to get us water for 4 people.
Value for money (4/5) : We were charged 930 and it did fill us properly and as compared to other middle eastern food outlets, this one is pretty economical for...
Read moreHave been to this place twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. For breakfast , I got the full monty. Priced at about 150 it is reasonable for what is being served. The full monty is served with roasted tomato which is the only thing I didn't like but otherwise it is good. the other dish we got was the autumn waffle - priced at 180 for a full waffle, it was too sweet and comes with limited sauce ( apparently maple syrup ) . We did not enjoy the waffle. For lunch - we got 2 hummus chicken pitta, combo #6 which is Peri Peri chicken and chicken doner pitta. all this came to inr 780 and was basically money down the drain. All four were super spicy - so much so that all we tasted was chilly. This totally killed the other flavours. Serving portion is disappointing (except for the chicken doner pitta - this indicates no uniformity in preparing dishes ) so it all comes down to who is preparing the food. Will consider this place only...
