I recently visited Mad Over Donuts at Lulu Mall, Bangalore, and it was an absolute treat for every dessert lover! The place has such a lively vibe with its cheerful display of donuts, making it hard to choose just one.

Such a worst place QSR i had ever seen. Only service what a QSR can do is polite tone in the counter. But here very rude staff especially incharge.Finally I didn't had anything. First when I said single order their tone changed, Busy time card machine doesn't work. I understood heavy traffic when they shown it's not working. I paid thru gpay it didn't happened it was showing processing, i was ready to pay cash and i asked the incharge what if I get deducted from gpay? He said directly that I won't get refund. I said even am from hospitality industry you can't give such answer, give me any proper solution.He was so rude saying I can't give internet to you and you should know since you also in hospitality industry.The way he spoke was directly denying everything....
