Meghana Foods Mahadevapura — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Meghana Foods. On 1st January, hoping for a nice meal to start the new year, I ordered their prawns biryani through Swiggy. To my shock, it contained a piece of chicken. As someone who doesn’t consume meat other than seafood, this was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting.

I immediately contacted Swiggy, but they failed to provide a refund or satisfactory resolution. This reflects poorly not only on Swiggy’s service but also on the restaurant’s quality control.

It’s unacceptable for restaurants to be so careless with food preparation and labeling, especially in a country where dietary preferences are diverse and deeply personal. Looks like Meghna started a different service and that is to fool customers, On 18 Aug, i ordered my food i.e two items ( order id :- 3164, Zomato) Paneer briyani Spl veg biryani

But when i received the food it had only the 1st item, when i called the restaurant they said that they packaged two items, even though I told them that i received a sealed package, according to the restaurant the rider can tamper the seal.

So that means, till now what we believe is that Meghna always delivers the food secure and pure, but they only confirm, that the rider can tamper the seal of the bag.
