We had lunch here on June 9th. They only served one starter at the beginning, and it nearly took more than 20 minutes for them to serve the second starter . The horrible thing was that the chicken starters had a very foul smell and I was not even able to touch the starters. The worst part was that the chicken biryani had chicken feathers in it.😡🤢 My husband tried out the first starter. Once we informed and showed them the feathers, they took the plate secretly inside and the manager handed over the complete bill to us and insisted us to pay for just having the single starter. He didn't even apologize and started defending by saying that one or two times it is normal to happen as they're running the hotel for 3 years. He got so angry uselessly without knowing that the problem is from their side. We argued as why are we supposed to pay the whole amount and we were ready to pay Rs.200 for the single starter and not much more than that. We already saw the manager talking to the owner downstairs but the owner managed to stand outside as he never knew anything and finally after all these issues came and asked us for what happened. I was so frustrated and annoyed and only when we told that we would definitely raise complaints even if we paid the whole amount, they cancelled one bill and asked us to pay one single bill. The owner asked sorry but he still didn't mean it as he again and again said that the chickens turns out to them in batches like for more than 200kgs and it's something normal to happen as they can't check every single one. He also mentioned that he will raise complaints on the supplier but I ask why? To escape? The supplier does his job and it's the kitchen's job to clean and cook properly. If you cant check every single chicken, then close the shop and sit at home. This is a huge responsibility and it's a commitment. If someone is unable to feel sorry even when they're customer shows a chicken feather from plate, I don't understand. Hopefully, they were not at all shocked about the incident and it really felt like things like this happen more frequently. The manager just scrolls down his phone without supervising any tables, whether works are done or not. We were waiting for more than 20 min uselessly and he didn't even know about it. I really felt pity for those people and children who ate their lunch there. And when I told the manager that he can't run a kitchen where people are dying because of posioned food, he got angry as he was so perfect. Really don't know where the world is going to. Strict action needs to be taken on this hotel. Do not visit this place if you want yourself protected from posionous and unhygienic food. They serve chicken feathers here. Photos are attached.
A very favourite place to enjoy our biryani unlimited. They serve unlimited chicken starters that are so yummy and delicious. We get chicken Manchurian, chicken fry and chicken kebab. All are equally delicious. Then they serve two kinds of biryani. Hyderabadi and gongura. Hyderabadi is a more spicy one. The main thing is they maintain the consistency in their quality. A person being so sensitive to unhygienic food, I don't get scared to have my food here as I am so happy...

Read moreMy friend was very eager to check this place out so we came. Offcourse ull have to wait before getting seated because offers like 3 starter and 3 biryani's for 300rs is no joke but keep in mind to go with a minimum of 3-4 people so you can enjoy with ur fam or homies or ull get seated next to absolute stranger in a table seating 7.....
Service : it took them a while to get plates to us and water bottles of extra charge of 20rs will be given instead of normal water..
Once you recieve the plates the starters start coming(kebab, chilli chicken, chicken Manchurian ig)
The Biryani was served after a long time.
The staff were polite and well versed in all languages.
The all important food:
The starters were good, i say good instead of great because there was a lot of bones and rare boneless pieces, with the money in mind this is considered ok ig
The kebab was really good, the chilli was good, the chicken Manchurian had a good texture and was my least favourite.
The Hyderabadi biryani had the same amazing flavour throughout the rice and the chicken pieces were so tender, it was like eating a really good biryani after long time!!!!!!!!
Then came the ok ok Donne biryani that wasn't too masaledaar but was good Rita, i went with the Hyderabadi biryani twice cause it was just that good!!!!
Then we didn't get served the 3rd biryani and i don't know why.
If you would like you can buy a glass of coke for 30rs extra,
Don't worry you will be served a side of raw onion with a piece of lemon and a flavourful masala for the starters.
The store: overall the store is a bit small for the huge amount of crowd, the fans are weak and no AC on a hot afternoon??? The washroom was filled with stagnant water and the sink weren't clean, This isn't acceptable in a place like Her and where they have a lot of competition like thalapakatti and Mani's dum biryani and anjappar just a block away.........
Overall experience: i liked it and was happy to try out a hidden gem in a costly place...
